I don’t smoke often, maybe a couple occasions a year, and I decided to pick up a cigar from this place instead of a big retail store like ABC. I was intimidated beforehand, since I’m still new to cigar culture, and upon going in saw a really cool lounge with a group of older men smoking. The employee was an older gentlemen sitting in front of the lounge.
My past experiences with these kinds of places is usually the shopworker getting annoyed when asked questions or even talked to, but this place was completley different. The clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with genuine interest in simply talking about cigars. You could tell he loved everything about them. I felt welcomed, and although I don’t buy a cigar often, when I do, it will be this place for sure.
