This company remodels kitchen cabinets at a lower price because the facing is changed and not the entire cabinet. The work was good enough, but the backsplash needed tile replacement. Under the consult of Donald Rancourt, I bought tiles and grout at Home Depot.
His worker did a terrible job! Grout color was uneven and faded when dry. The company denied any responsibility for the problem, and refused to fix the problem. They suggested spraying a sealer on tiles, and assured me that this would fix problem. When dry, tiles looked exactly the same as before! I paid over $ 12,000 for the entire job!
The owner Donald Rancourt is very difficult to work with. He has very poor communication skills. He denies what he had said, or doesn’t remember, or says that he never said it.
Get every single detail in writing!
