I’ve been dining at pizza Mia over 15 yrs and the food atmosphere and staff have always been great. I can always expect the best when i order or dine in. I love the pizza the crust is thin and crunchy, and my absolutely favorite pasta dish is the chic marsala. I even got a choice of soup or salad and these great lil garlic knots. Pizza Mia is definitely number one in our book you gotta try it…

Pretty average pizza. Good, but average. Very friendly staff, made a fresh pizza for me. They were very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I got a deal 2 slices and a drink for $ 5.

I was here about a week ago and it was really good! If your into New York style pizza this is certainly the place to go. I had the Margarita and a few slices of the veggie and both were excellent. The crust was soft and thin the way it should be for NY style. I’m not really sure how they get it to come out of the oven like that but it works. In my opinion you can definitely taste the flavors better when its cooked this way. The place itself has a good atmosphere it was clean, the service was friendly and the wait was not bad at all. If your a pizza snob this place is for you. I would recommend it and yes I will be back.

We ordered delivery from Pizza Mia last Friday. When I called the person answering must have been distracted because everything I said she asked to have it repeated. Spaghetti and meatballs was ok… meatballs seemed to have more bread than meat. Garlic rolls were burnt… guess it is easier to send the burnt ones with a delivery so you can’t send them back. Calzone was good but they didn’t send the sauce that was suppose to come with it.

My husband, a native New Yorker, went here for the first time last week ready for another disappointing experience with Florida pizza. He was shocked upon first bite! The closest thing to true NYC pizza since moving to Florida 3 years ago. He has been back twice more to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. It wasn’t. Prices are reasonable and they serve beer and wine.

The prices are decent, but the food was just ok. I ordered eggplant parm, my boyfriend ordered chicken parm sub. The sauce was ordinary & only a small amount given. The sub was kind of dry. Very salty as well. Not too impressed, did not taste authentic at all

Great pizza for good price! I’ve tried several pizza places and none in the area are as good as pizza Mia. Delivery is only slightly slower then some but not by much at all. The Quality makes up for it. Their call volume can’t handle too many calls so a lot of times I’ve called for delivery I need to call at least 5 times to get someone to respond. Overall good local joint.

I’ve been going to Pizza Mia since 2000 and even through 4 or 5 new owners the recipe for the pizza was the same and WAS a great pizza. Now the new owners have changed the pie. I am from Jersey and this is NOT a Jersey or NY pie. Sorry. But I am now out of a pizza place.

Live in Miami, was craving italian food… something authentic. Friends recommended I check out Pizza Mia. Happy I did. We started with the garlic bread and house salad. Delicious. We later ordered the penne vodka and pizza. Everything was amazing. Great service. Yummy food. Relieved it’s no where near my home. This could be dangerous. Will make the trip again soon.

The girls and I visited pizza Mia recently on our quest for an inexpensive lunch. Now I will admit, we were skeptical walking in the door because we are Chicago girls, an therefore pizza snobs!(Good pizza in south Florida? Fuggadaboudit!!) Boy, were we ever proven wrong! The slices were huge, the salad was great, and the meatballs and eggplant parm were divine! Worth a visit if you’re in the area!

We bought 4 different combinations and each was excellent. The Extra Large pies will feed most small families. They take visa or MasterCard but not American Express.

I love Pizza Mia! I have been eating their pizza for years. Some times they don’t answer their phone, but if you just swing by they are always there. I wouldn’t listen to the bad reviews I suggest trying it for yourself. Their pizza are always big and juicy, and they always taste good the next day!(:

I usually order pizza for take-out here. I know they had some changes in management over the past years. But I never got disappointed and always got very good pizza. Sometimes I wished tey would be a bit quicker — but good things need time. Would I order there again? For sure!

For the longest time I avoided trying this place because of the reviews. But I’ve read enough idiot opinions to realize that not everyone on the internet knows what they are talking about. I’ve been eating good pizza in Broward country for over 40 years and Pizza Mia is absolutely average. It is hardly the BESTPIZZAANYWHEREINTHECOUNTY and it certainly isn’t WORSETHAN A WALMARTFROZENPIZZA. Obviously a few reviewers had some negative experiences and posted them on every food review forum they could find. Not sure what the whole«Liars who make crappy pizza» and«foul mouth people who hate customers» issues were about, I didn’t see any of that today when I tried it. Keep in mind I picked mine up for take out given the many delivery complaints I read. Friendly and personable is how I would describe everyone there today. In fact the courteous service was probably slightly better than the pizza. Again, the pizza wasn’t bad, it was just average. I probably won’t eat there again because there is much better pizza not much further away but if I ever had to eat their pizza again it wouldn’t be a problem as it isn’t a bad pizza.

Worst pizza place ever. Not sure how they’re still in business. Maybe new owners keeping the same name each time. We ordered a few pizzas from here for delivery. After 45 minutes(told 30 minutes on the phone) we were told they’d be there shortly. 30 minutes later, I called again and told again shortly. 15 minutes later, I called again, upon my question, they hung up on me and didn’t answer the phone the remainder of the night. Horrific.

My parents used to take me to Pizza Mia all the time when I was a kid. For some reason or another, we stopped going. We hadn’t been back in some time, but they recently changed owners and we thought we should give the new guys a try. Boy, are we glad we did. We got a large cheese pizza to go, and it was one of the best pies we’ve had in a while. It had a nice, crispy crust, a fresh tomato sauce and lots of gooey, greasy cheese. My dad used to live in NYC, and he said it was one of the closest pizzas he’s had to NY pizza in a long while. We always have leftovers on pizza night, but not this time. We’ll most certainly be ordering from here from now on.
