PDQ is delicious but I don’t understand why it is so empty! I’ve been to this location multiple times during weekend lunch times and only a few tables have people. It’s similar to chickfila but open on Sunday’s! Today there was a guy making balloon animals but only 4 tables of potential customers and only one had kids! This time I ordered the zucchini fries. I love zucchini but these were a little mushy for my liking. The sauces are all great and taste fresh. PDQ needs to open a location out west where people actually live with kids.

PDQ very unique. I like the fact that there’s an area for you to wash your hands instead of going to the restroom. Quality of food is good. PDQ scenery is set up different also is unique fast food restaurant.

I really like this place as it is a good alternative to Chick Fil A across the street, but this place has way better parking and is not as crowded and is more quiet. I really love the crispy 4 tender meal with fries and a soda and the chicken strips are really good. I also like the Cali Club Chicken sandwich — grilled chicken served on brioche bun with ranch, crispy bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato. The amazing thing is the avacado is always fresh and that is a nice option. The restaurant is mega clean, has great seating, freestyle Coke machines, and as I said, has lots of great parking. Although you may wonder why I am making a big deal about parking, just try to find a free spot at Chick Fil A down the block.

Very good. Had the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich and a grilled chicken sand. Both very fresh and tasty. Would highly recommend. The place is very well managed and also extremely clean.

Salads are not consistant, their grilled chicken salad is great but sometimes the amount of chicken, nuts, craisins are not up to par. Today was one of those days, salads should be identical everytime.

Go for the chicken tenders, stay for the cookies and shakes. The tenders are hand battered daily in house, and fried to order. They come out hot, and juicy. The sauces are amazing, highlights are the ranch(has that creamy delicious flavor similar to Outback restaurant’s version), and the Chipotle BBQ, a little kick with lots of smokey barbecue flavor. As for the cookies cookies, my fave is the cranapple-oatmeal, before you leave, get the Oreo shake. It’s rich, and decadent, with little chunks of Oreo pieces.

This location is awesome! The staff is so nice and friendly and the food is really awesome. I have had the salads, sandwiches, tenders, fries, coleslaw, and the new cocoa krispie milkshake which is a MUSTHAVE! The food is very fresh and flavorful, great prices and they have a drive-through!

PDQ has fantastic chicken strips that are some of the best I’ve ever had. They are crisp on the outside without being too crisp or too greasy. I also love their french fries– just perfect for me. They are clean, the staff is sweet and helpful. I enjoy their other locations I have visited. Consistency is the word to describe my experiences. I could eat a truck-load of their chicken, but the amount they serve is just right. PDQ is high-tech but tastes as good as any country chicken I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot!

PDQ is a hidden gem; I have been around the area but never stopped here to eat. I love how the food is fresh and tasty! I decided to be a little healthy today and get the grilled chicken salad. It came with a blueberry vinaigrette dressing; the dressing was tasty but it was someone thick for a salad.(I would put it on toast lol) I got a side of honey mustard instead. The chicken was excellent and cooked perfectly. PDQ is a nice spot to stop for a good meal. My salad was ready on time so it was great I didn’t wait long. I love the soda machines because they have a million choices of different drinks you can choose from :) Staff is very friendly! I will def be back!

PDQ may be People Dedicated to Quality but they are actually dedicated to their customers. I stopped in because I wanted to try one of their salads and I also wanted to try the Coca Cola machine. I chose the berry for my soda and it’s really good not too sweet and very carbonated which I like. Deana was my cashier. She greeted me with a huge smile and we had to laugh because we’re about the same height except for she’s an inch taller than I am. I wasn’t very sure what the combo meals included and she took the time to explain everything to me along with a suggestion for the new California chicken club sandwich. As I said I decided upon the chicken tender salad with the blueberry vinaigrette dressing. I absolutely loved their tenders the first time I ate here so I really wanted something that included them and I’m trying to eat healthy so that’s why I ordered the salad. The store is super clean, very nicely air conditioned, is not loud or echoy and my order was made with in 4 minutes. I had to try and figure out the soda machine and before I had my soda poured my food was on the counter. The chicken tender salad is enormous and the blueberry vinaigrette dressing is really delicious. The salad includes cut up chicken tenders, sliced toasted almonds, craisins, sliced carrots, cherry tomatoes, red cabbage and iceberg lettuce. I absolutely love the dressing and the toasted almond slices and the cabbage a lot in this salad. Deana had customers that were behind me that knew her by name and she has a great personality and huge smile on her face at all times. So did everyone who was in the kitchen area as they said thank you when I was getting my salad combo meal. This salad is really terrific!!! I would recommend this to anyone! I will certainly be back for some more great food!!! 5 plus stars from me! Thanks again for the amazing chicken tender salad combo meal. This was a gift from Mr Reader to myself and I truly appreciate it! Mr Reader is the CEO and Co Founder of PDQ and a really nice gentleman! I love this restaurant! The food is above par and I consider it the best around!

It was after 3 and we still hadn’t had lunch. We spotted this restaurant as we drove by a shopping center and quickly pulled in. When we entered the restaurant we saw paper menus near the door, a video screen with the menu and plastic panels of the menu by the counter. We stopped by the video screen and considered our choices. We walked up to the counter and gave our order to a very friendly counter rep. I ordered a grilled turkey breast sandwich and cole slaw and hubby ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. At the beverage area I selected the unsweetened iced tea. I loved that they had 3 types of teas in glass beverage dispensers with spigots. There were 2 soda machines flanking the area so people could make a custom concoction without having to stand in line. We sat at a table and the same counter person brought us our food. The whole restaurant was clean and the service was spot on. ENTREES: My sandwich had some kind of sauce on it that I didn’t love. It also had a slab of cranberry sauce from a can(I expected a relish and not the gelatinous canned type). Hubby liked it so we swapped. I liked the grilled chicken more than the turkey(it was more juicy). SIDES: His fries were delicious — I restrained myself to only eat a couple of long, lean and crispy pieces. I just didn’t get the concept of the blueberry cole slaw. I ordered it for hubby — I was put off by the idea of blueberry cole slaw but he was intrigued so I ordered it for him. I tasted it and it was better than I expected but I didn’t love it. I really like cole slaw and I really like blueberries — I just don’t like them together, especially when garnished with poppy seeds. I just don’t get it but if it sells and people like it, who am I to say? DESSERT: Hubby ordered a chocolate chip cookie. I passed because it was prepackaged and looked like it’d be crumbly and just ok. I tasted it when he opened the bag. My assumption was spot on. I bet the shakes would’ve been killer. Overall, the restaurant was clean, and pleasant. The customers and staff all seemed nice. The décor was good — lots of Cheerwine boxes and windows streaming in sunlight. The food was ok — I don’t know if I’d run here but if I was hungry and there was a PDQ nearby I’d consider it.

This is my third time coming here and each time I do I am more and more impressed! The food is amazing! The staff is incredibly personable and friendly and the operating manager Justin is phenomenal! The computer crashed while I was ordering and instead of closing their doors or saying cash only they insisted on giving hungry patrons their food for free. They only asked that we come back. Not only will I be returning for more amazing food, but I am telling everyone I know that they need to come here. My family and I have been dealing with a tragedy at a hospital nearby and I nearly broke down crying when he said please take the food and don’t worry about paying. It’s because of wonderful people and places like this that make life seem a little brighter when going through dark times.

Food is above average for fast food. Milkshakes are delicious. Staff is friendly and the place is kept pretty clean. Chicken fingers are fresh but I prefer the Buffalo chicken sandwich.

Yummy food, good prices, and I love that they are so community oriented! Alexandria helped me out on my first visit and she was a doll, super sweet and very patient with me. The only reason I would not give them 5 stars is because I feel that the sodium level was too high for me.

A felt it tries really hard but something missing for me. I think I’d just go to chick fila next time. Having said that, they have the best oatmeal cookies.

As a regular here, it’s sad to see that PDQ only has an average of 3 and a half stars. The chicken is so fresh, the fries are hand-cut and the service is lightning fast. A solid menu including sandwiches, salads, shakes, cookies and slaw. They also offer their own soda named«Cheer Wine»(non-alcoholic). I think PDQ deserves a 4 star average because when taking the interior, quality of food and customer service in consideration, it doesn’t get much better in the fast-food world. Enjoy a nice, comfortable eating environment, a hand-shower, complimentary umbrellas and that hot sauce with the old lady on it that people like here at PDQ, where fried chicken dreams are made!

I feel bad giving this place three stars because all of the people were so nice and it was super clean and comfortable layout, but the taste of the items we had are not what we hoped for… My wife got the chicken caesar, I got the grilled chicken sandwich and the kids got the crispy kids meals. The grilled chicken on the salad was flavored with a dry seasoning that was not all that flavorful. The salad was pretty standard. My son said the tenders were good, but not the best he had. My wife and I tried a bite and both agreed that they lacked flavor. Especially when you can have amazing chicken tenders at publix or chick-fil-a just down the road. My grilled chicken sandwich was pretty bland. The fries we all agreed were good and the sauces we tried also very fresh and tasty, but overall the chicken had us disappointed. I will try for a second attempt here sometime soon.

So, I have been driving by this place for a while and I decided to stop by and see what they have to offer. I have never heard of the brand, and even thought it was part of Dairy Queen. Come to find out that PDQ stand for People, Delivering, Quality. Ok… The place looks very cool and fun. plenty of tables and they have one of those 1,000+ flavor soda machines. I ordered what looked to be their flagship, Chicken tenders. I ordered the combo which brings fries, and I also ordered the blueberry coleslaw. It was good, fresh and quick. I went back a few days later and it was just as good. If you are looking for a good tender, this is a good spot…

I used a living social voucher to get my meal. $ 5 for the voucher and it gets you $ 10 worth of food/drink. I had the grilled chicken salad. I have eaten at PDQ a few times and just do not like the chicken. It tastes like it is pumped full of salty chemicals. It reminds me of the frozen chicken breasts from the grocery store that are high in sodium. It is served with iceberg lettuce, which is another downfall… put some dark green romaine on there please! They slice up a few cherry tomatoes, shred some carrots and radishes, & dried sweet cranberries for toppings. The milkshakes are AWESOME!!! I had an Oreo with dark chocolate chips added. I will definitely return for the shakes but not the food. Service was great and the restaurant is very clean. I love the hand washing station for customers.
