I purchased a used scooter and felt very comfortable doing it. It was the help of the salesperson and owner of the company from start to finish I was asked to try it then we were explained how to use it how to take it apart and put it back together whenwe left I felt very comfortable with my purchase. When we put the plug in the battery from the charger we noticed it was cracked and we also had trouble with the front wheel locking mechanism upon return with no questions asked the charger was replaced and the owner not only showed us but explained how the locking mechanism worked. I was very happy usually when you buy used once you leave the store it’s yours but they went up and above.
