I had sent an order to print here using the online service. When I picked up the order I was very dissatisfied with it, but it was late at night and I didn’t feel like getting too aggravated. So I called the next morning and spoke with the manager and he was super polite and understanding, he let me resending him a file with the correct resolution to reprint the whole order (160 postcards) free of charge, he even cut them for me for free!
I see some people had bad experiences here, but I think those staff are gone because everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

Mike who works there is very rude to all of the customers. He is apparently the only staff. Use another location if possible. Not acceptable customer service.

There was only one person working Saturday, Feb 28, 2015 at 5:30pm. I had one package that just needed to be scanned in and a receipt given to me because I had done the label at home and I told the cashier that this is all I needed because it only takes a few seconds to do this. The man in front of me was mailing a complicated package to a foreign country and was having difficulties filling out the paper work. Instead of going ahead and doing my 5 second transaction, «Sam» the clerk had me wait at least 20 minutes before he finally scanned my package and I was on my way. This type of service is unacceptable and two clerks should be working at all times. I am disappointed in FedEx and will try to avoid this location.

This place is hidden in a small shop area off Federal Highway. Smaller inside area than other locations, but all of the FedEx shipping and office services. Staff is friendly and helpful and the place is well kept. The missing star is based in the crawling wifi speed which requires you to wait longer than you should have to. This is not on one slow day, but three experiences months a part from one another.
