They really do not deserve 1 star. I have been in construction industry for 35 years and never dealt with such an incompetent and deceitful company. Literally for 3 weeks they could not get a total replacement to work as designed. This was during summer months with everyday shutting down system to «practice or try to» get system working properly. We were sold on there competence of this system which was all misleading and later found to be lies. Between there office and service management you will get no where since they could care less. If you want arrogance, incompetence, and sweaty days and nights than please call. Oh and forgot a lawsuit additionally.

If you want repeat visits for same problem these are the people to call. Serviceman told me air vents in the ceiling were the problem for thermostat that kept shutting off every 5 – 10 minutes. So he blocked the one air vent that he claims was blowing on the themostat. Well it didn’t fix the problem! They came out again, this time he told me, oh it’s the ceiling fan being on that’s it’s blowing air down the wall and making the themostat reach its programmed temp and it’s shutting off. Well shit off the ceiling fan, still didn’t fix the problem. Third time out again he programmed the unit to go on low speed only… still didn’t fix the problem. Finally called another company, 10 minutes into checking it out said I had a bad themostat. Problem solved! Did I mention the unit was still under warranty! Glad I didn’t pay a penny to Engimeered air but I’m sure Lennox paid them for warranty work that was never fixed or Lennox problem. This all took place in the Palm Bay Area of florida.

If a negative star was available that is exactly what they deserve. Horrible customer service. Have worked with many ac companies and by far they are the worst. All the secretary was talking about was how high my light bill will be… I am sorry thats none of their concern. The only thing they should be worried about is making my home cooled. I understand 68 which would be my ideal temperature is impossible in this Miami weather, but 75(not even 75 is where it stays. 79 is the temperature it has been staying) is too hot where all my neighbors who has the exactly same units same home size keep their at 72. The tech they sent installed the dip sensor incorrectly(its hanging on the outside) and Lidia the secretary says its property installed…(OK, if my house happen to flood, we know who’s at fault with pictures). Will definitely be calling a new company and switching units. Thanks anyway!!!
