Campbell Property Management

Our HOA uses CPM for lawn, shrub and tree services. I am disappointed with their services. I don’t even want to use the word «service». They were paid to cut back the trees. The tree, with the branches hanging dangerously over the roof, was completely skipped. They did use the cherry picker to cut back the other tree which I could have used shears on, and did not need trimming. They do not take pride in their work. Very rarely does the lawn get mowed completely. Spots are missed, areas are left overgrown. If they do rake, many times they leave the raking piles for me to pick up, or just stay there and kill the grass.
But the main reason I am typing here is because two CPM workers spent six minutes today picking my fruit tree bare, eating and pocketing the fruit. I spent a lot of time, money and effort nurturing the tree. I am distraught they stole every piece of fruit. .
I would prefer not to call the Sheriff. CPM please have your representative contact me.

We were with them for 2 years at our Pomoano Beach condo.
They provided us with untrained staff and the property manager who was to supervise them was never there.
They screwed up our books to the point that our auditor who we were with for 20 years wanted to drop us.
Then, when we switched to a simple staffing contract, they pulled their employees without respecting their own cancellation clause.

This review would have been minus stars if possible but that is not an option.
The previous review was removed because it ”wasn’t specific enough” so this review is very specific & also has pictures… is that specific enough ?
This ‘property management company’doesn’t know how to manage anything. Look at these pics of the staircases with bugs, this photo was after an entire week of those bugs on the staircases and still there ! Then the lights have no covers so there are more bugs in the lightbulbs also, just disgusting, so what exactly does the monthly/​quarterly h.o.a fee pay for then if not even cleaning the basic areas of the buildings? There will be more photos in future specific reviews…

I agree with Amy P. My condo association has just switched to Campbell Property Management. I telephoned them on Monday early morning with a question about the HOA fees and where they should be directed. I never had a return call until the next day while I was on a plane traveling to SF. I called today and was told the person in charge of my condo was on another line, offering me the option to either leave a message or hold. I chose to hold – while at work. Minutes later, someone picked up the phone and hung up. I have called back again and left a message expressing my great dismay, and so far no return call.
I work in finance, and this kind of unprofessional behavior would result in an immediate loss of a client. Rather shocking, especially when we’ve only just hired them to manage Avenue Lofts.

As a matter of fact, even one is too high on some days;
other than a new assistant to Linda, everyone in the office acts unpleasant until you jump through hoops to make them smile
and the Manager, Tom Wilson, is never in the office, rarely comes to the phone and even more rarely answers the phone
I do not know why my condo association puts up with this management unless they are very inexpensive
or maybe they know how to act nicely to those who are «in charge»
