Black Pearl Luxury Limousine

Horrible! Booked through their «request a quote» feature on their website and received an email with the round-​trip price clearly stated. I booked and paid for the round trip. A little while later I received a phone call where I was told the email was incorrect and my round-​trip fare was really DOUBLE that of what I’d been quoted and paid for! I live about 8 ½ miles from the airport and they are charging $ 100 + 20% gratuity? Really??? I could put my car in long-​term airport parking for less than that! If I could, I’d give this company 0 stars!

Black Pearl… you are the best! Making arrangements with Tony G was quick and easy and the price was affordable. We used Black Pearl to take the family to the Port of Miami for our cruise and to pick us up on our return. Our driver, Luca, was prompt and professional!
We never used a limo service before and had no expectations other than we hoped the car was clean, big enough for all of us and on time. They did not disappoint and like I said, «Black Pearl, you are the best» ! You have been logged into my phone contact list and look forward to our next trip.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We used them once a year ago for a cruise ship transfer from our condo — they were excellent. My family recently came down for Christmas and we decided to support a local company rather than use Empire CLS used them on five additional occasions — the driver that picked my family up at the airport had no idea where he was going — was unable to help them with the luggage — and couldn’t remember where he parked the car! Our second driver Ray — was excellent — he also picked us up from our cruise — despite specifically asking not to have a limo — there were six of us and luggage — they sent a large stretch instead of the suburban — all of these things are tolerable — However, the final straw was this evening when they were supposed to collect two elderly ladies (78 and 76) from MIA who had just flown from the UK and drive them to our condo — they did not show, they have not returned my calls — this is totally unacceptable — if you care about the people you need to have transported — avoid this company.
