One of the things that makes your job easier when you are up against the clock is having top notch people you can trust behind you backing you up.
After about a 2 year hiatus due to a switch in jobs, I am so happy to have been able to reconnect with Barefoot. Every single call I’ve made to them since for pick up and delivery within a very limited timeframe they have been able to deliver. These guys do not stop for coffee breaks unlike some other services I’ve used in the past and are able to tell you when you call to check on a package status exactly where it is or if there is a problem. They go above and beyond what is the service standard and are able to provide first class professional service accomodating my additional little quirks like having a photo of the signed receipt I’ve attached to the package sent via email to me in addition to the automatic email proof of delivery that they send to you if you set up an account with them.
On one of my last deliveries I had a 5p. m cut off for an office closing and they called at 4:30 to say the I-​95 getting there was a gridlock and it gave me time to make alternative arrangements for receiving delivery instead of calling me at the last minute to say they were at the office and nobody was there. The guy who was receiving the package was so impressed with their messenger’s intuitive reasoning he is going to use them going forward.

I work on the West Coast selling wine and got into a pickle with UPS delivering wine to a major client in Palm Beach. Barefoot Mailmoms was able to pick up 8 cases of my wine on Saturday from a UPS hub and deliver it to my client. They saved my reputation. Perfect service including keeping me informed of progress until delivery. If you need a delivery, this is the company to use.

I left my sunglasses at PF Changs in Ft. Lauderdale on vacation. Within an hour of my call, they had picked up the glasses and put them in the mail. I received them 2 business days later. They even sent me a tracking number.
This service was SO helpful and appreciated. and so happy to have my glasses back home!

I have been using them almost weekly for over a year now. They are always prompt, accurate, and curtious. I use them regulary to pick up and deliver packages from Miami all the way to West Palm. Never have had even one issue.
