Avanti Limousine and Airport Transportation

STAY AWAY. Very unprofessional. I have used these people previously. Not thinking that they would keep my credit card on file, they went ahead and charged my card for an estimate that i had requested. I had to dispute it with my card company. Avanti went as far as to sign a credit card slip in my name. I then had to prove that it wasn’t my signature by sending a copy of my driver’s license to the dispute department and they saw that it wasn’t my signature. That’s called «CREDIT CARD FRAUD» I won my dispute after 4 months of dealing with this non sense. The driver’s that we did have in the past were always prompt and professional. It’s just to bad they don’t work for an honest company. I don’t even want to give them one star but i have to just to post my review. It’s no shock that they are NOT listed with the BBB.

I have to say they were excellent… from booking to actual pick-​up and drop-​off. The drivers were professional, kind, and most important punctual. They called us a few minutes before arrival to let us know they were almost there. They gave us cold bottled water… much needed in warm Florida. I would most certainly use them again without a second thought.
