Beware of Accurate Land Survey in Pompano Beach Florida. They did a boundary survey for us in 2010. I can’t find our copies so called to get a couple. Of course I realize they might need to charge something for copies. They said it would be over $ 300. Which is the cost to have a new survey. Not one thing has changed on the property in question. Unbelievable!!! They wouldn’t even have to drive the 5 blocks from their office to the lot. I asked to have the owner call me. That was 2 weeks ago. Do yourself find another company for your survey needs. I would rate them minus stars if I could.

They a terrible, when you first Call they are nice after charge you card and send the guys to do the measurements forget about it, the guys are super nice, they do what they have to do and after that they gave me 7 different dates to give me the survey, and you have to call to check they don’t call to tell that they are late they just ignore you, plus my neighbors has a survey that shows something different and I am try to check with them for the last 2 weeks already and they don’t even bother to call or return a email. So don’t do business with them, unless you don’t care about how long is going to take, or if something goes wrong you don’t care to get fix, look the other reviews I only saw them after I paid.

Probably the worse survey company you could ever want to do business with. First, they did not get the elevation certification that we needed. We required an elevation cert on a shed on a piece of property, but they did the cert on the house. That process took 2 and a half weeks, when it should have taken no more than 3 – 5 business days. We then had to go back and get another elevation cert done because it wasn’t on the shed and that took another week and a half to get done. They promised they would have it done by a certain date and did not follow through on this promise. They are an absolutely terrible company and do not deserve your business. They are disorganized, on their own schedule and provide the worst customer service that I have ever run into. All around they deserve an F– for the pathetic service that they provide.

Not competitive on price, and not dependable on schedule. Find someone else.
