This the first place where they say the customer can be proven wrong. I remember returning a film here and they have no record of it. We saw the cameras and I physically saw myself bring the movie in. The manager still tried to make claims. He was becoming quite passive aggressive. After a huge waste of my time I paid for the film. It was only 14 dollars, but he went through the cameras and my time for just 14 dollars. On a movie I know I returned and I saw myself return. There isn’t many video stores anymore, but I will make a longer drive just to avoid this place.

Man. This place brings me back to the good ol Hollywood Video days… before everything became lame and accessible online… You can grab new releases, oldies, and all the recent TV series from this spot. I’ve been hooked on Dexter and each disc is only $ 0.99 to rent! They also have weekly deals and the price to rent is super inexpensive. by that I mean the change you find buried in your sofa or in the cup holders of your car will do. so don’t sweat it.
Note: To rent some of the newer video games, you need to be a loyal member. Rented, I believe, 30 or 40 discs prior. Hey it’s a little spot in Pomona, self explanatory.

It’s the last of its kind an awesome video store where you can still interact with others and obtain direct opinions and recommendations for what movie to watch. The way employees make you feel welcome and they will know your name in time. The best part they offer 4 new flims for $ 20.00 except blue ray, but oh well you can’t win them all. For 90’s child this makes me feel young again bringing back fawn memorizes of Hollywood Videos in Pomona CA, which Star Video now calls home… A Dying breed of business

Great Video Store, Great Employees, Overall The Only Video Rental Store I Go To. My experience to be more exact is always a lease due to the fact that the employees are nice, social, and overall look eager to help with good choices for a movie. Kevin, who I’d say is the best employee is the type of guy that if you let him know you more, he will suggest what new releases suit your likings (told me to not watch 50 Shades of Gray) He is very talkative and helpful, and overall my favorite. The location is great coming from someone who lived in vast mostly white neighborhoods. I live in Pomona know but I choose this Video Store over anything else. I recommend greatly to all Pomona Residents.

membership is free and includes you first 3 movies for free, I almost fell over when she told me that! Very large selection of movies, games and snacks too. Was searching for the last Star Trek movie previously viewed for sale no luck.
