Please accept responsibility for your own mistakes. Making my shirt even dirtier than when I initially brought it in is completely unacceptable. I’m not expecting you to pay for my shirt, but at least acknowledge the fact that you guys messed up.

WORST EXPERIENCE. I came here for the first time and dropped of 5 items. I liked that my clothes would be ready by the next day. However, when I went to pick up my clothes, they all were EVEN DIRTIER than when I dropped them off. On my white lab coat, there were black scuff marks on the front and back like they were rubbed against something dirty. I’m so glad that I took it out of the bag to check before I left. They offered to clean it again for no charge, but I needed my item for the next day so I had to bring one coat home dirty.
I also brought two khaki pants there to get washed and they had small red stains when I went to pick it up. So obviously I left them to get re-​cleaned as well. I have never had such a poor experience at a dry-​cleaners. Literally everything came back dirtier than when I left it. After the second time of leaving it there, the clothes were clean (except for a NEW BLACK PEN MARK on the front of my white lab coat). which at this point, was no use leaving it behind for a third time. Definitely not coming back.

I brought a white shirt in that I had worn 2 days prior to bringing it in. It was overall clean except the neckline had dirt from sweating. When I received the shirt there was a huge stain on the shirt. I told them that this was not here prior to me bringing it in. Owner said there is no way they could have done it and they can’t do anything for me. I will not return to this place again. Neither of us can prove that one another did it but now I paid for a shirt to be ruined.

I bring all my husband’s dry cleaning to this place. They always get the clothes done fast and for a good price. It’s a family run business and everyone that works there is friendly.

When you leave your shirts here just know that it’s a 50 – 50 on whether or not your clothes will be cleaned. For the second time in a row I’ve paid for dry cleaning on my white shirt and received it with stains exactly as I handed it to them. First time I had time to take it back to get it cleaned. This time I was in a rush so I called to speak with them regarding the shirt and they hung up mid call. This is the worst service I’ve ever seen from a company that is supposed to provide a service that allows you to be at ease and not have to worry. It’s only one task: clean. And if you happened to make a mistake on that one task then the least you can do is show some professionalism and take some accountability for it. Ridiculous.

I have had nothing but great service here… Very kind helpful people here. Very very fast service next day or even same day service available too! They do a good job here in house and everything has always turned out well. I even had them hem my jeans since they were too long and they did a very good job. This dry cleaner is outstanding. The people are very friendly and if you need something in a pinch they will do whatever they can to make you happy. It’s a family run business and the husband and wife are almost always in the store. I’ve been going there for over 8 years and they know me by name… I moved to Claremont about 15 miles away but still go there for all my dry cleaning. I highly recommend this business. One reviewer said they do not take anything but cash… I am pleased to report that is no longer accurate and you can pay via credit or debit card now.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work, they took care of my 6 shirts and cleaned them very well. Even though they hadn’t been cleaned in over a year. So yes, they are now my favorite place to get my shirts dry cleaned. And they were right within my budget.

Pros:
— Friendly and helpful customer service.
— I’ve had suits, sweaters, jackets and dress shirts cleaned here. I’ve been happy with everything.
— I’ve also had thing’s hemmed, altered and sewed.
— Extremely Fast: If you have your shirts in by 10am today, it’ll be ready by 4pm the next day.
Cons:
— Slightly Expensive: Close to $ 2 per shirt [$ 1.95 per shirt dry cleaned]
— Closed Sundays
I recommend this place if you’re in the area. Although it’s slightly expensive, it’s convenient and fast.

These folks are my favorite Korean couple. And dry cleaners, too!
Located less than 30 seconds away from my office, Royal Cleaners can get your dry-​cleanables back to you two days after you bring them in. So far, they’ve been able to remove the stains on my clothes that were a result of my occassional klutziness and/​or my snack-​eating son. On Mondays, if you bring your items in before 8:00 a.m., they can get it back to you by 5:00 p.m. the same day.
They are also pros at alterations. I’ve had several pairs of pants hemmed (including a pair of cuffed pants, which they re-​cuffed after the adjustment) and they do a fabulous job. And again, only a two-​day window for alterations as well.
FYI: Payment is by CASH ONLY. So before you pick up your clothing, make sure you have some greenbacks on hand. Otherwise, you won’t be disappointed — they are experts at what they do.
