Piano Master Craft

So, i heard no responds from Mr. Wallace Hall for a 2^nd tunning. I texted for a refund of the second tunning but he said it’s a touch up, not a tunning. So, from what i understand, the touch up is more expensive then the tunning.
At this point, i don’t trust his service. I believe i was totally scammed by Wallace Hall. If anyone reading this and still used his service, you have been warned.

I am so happy that I found Wallace form Piano Master Craft! I have a Baldwin Grand piano that I had recently moved from my parents house into our new house and it was really in need of tuning and quite a bit of other work. I called Piano Master Craft and the next day Wallace was at my house. He is so friendly and knowledgable. My piano is now playing wonderfully thanks to Wallace and his excellent service. My parents gave us an 1974 Yamaha Upright piano, and we, shallowly decided that the older mahogany finish just didn’t suit our style. I called around to pretty much every piano refinishing place I could find on Unilocal,and Wallace was head and shoulders above the rest. While others were recommending 16 coats of lacquer that would take 4 months and cost more than the piano was worth, Wallace really took the time to listen to our needs, taking into account our budget and recommended an approach that was both economical and resulted in a beautifully finished piano. Note, I have no doubt that if the 16 coat, 4-​month process was what we needed (i.e. if I were a concert pianist and/​or had a very fancy Steinway or Bosendorfer), Wallace could handle that as effortlessly as he handled our small job. Oh, and did I mention that I was out of the country for most of this process? We coordinated via text and email (Wallace is incredibly responsive) and I came home to a beautiful piano. Thanks, Wallace! Next step — tuning!

Wallace tunes my piano while giving me great advice on caring for such a fine instrument as a Steinway Grand Piano. He also invited me to go fishing and taught me a few things about that as well. Highly ethical and reliable person.

I’m a Bosendorfer lover, you might think I’m crazy that I owned 6 Bosendorfers in US an Taiwan.
Wallace is the best piano technician I ever had (I had 7 piano tuners in the past), if you looking for Top-​Top quality with Patient, Skills, Experience and Easy to communicate, definite Wallace is the #1 choice in CA, he is one of the kind and very hard to find !
Now I’m extremely happy about the job that Wallace has done for me, I’m thinking to invite him to check my other Three baby in Taiwan.

My father gave me a Bosendorfer piano last year that was badly out of tune. I was referred to Piano Master Craft by a close friend who said Wallace was one of the best tuners in So-​Cal. Saying Wallace was great would be a understatement, he really takes his time in explaining what the process is and what would be best for 1982 Bosendorfer. This sound is now sublime!
