I called to make an appointment was left on hold for 10 min before I got transferred yet again. Then got sent to voicemail. I called back again with no answer. Will not waste my time trying to call again will look for a different dr.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hickerson for several years, and have nothing but the highest regard for him. Very professional, current with latest technology, and very easy to talk to. He’s a highly skilled doctor, and has a great «bedside manner.» He’s helped me with several medical issues, and I really trust his judgment.
The office staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Sooner or later, when the time comes to see a urologist, go see Dr. Hickerson. I’m sure the other docs there are great, too.

Horrible Experience with this office! One thing after the other… Cannot schedule an appointment till a month later, Takes forever for them to call you back, They forgot to schedule my husbands surgery (although we had the paperwork with the date for the surgery a month beforehand), Didn’t sign prescription so we couldn’t get the medication. I do not recommend this office to anyone, The staff is terrible!
