Very nice staff and I have been mostly happy with their work over the past 10 years, however their availability is what has been the most unpleasant time and time again.
My primary complaint is around their appointment availability for cleanings. Quite often a cleaning is 6 – 8 weeks out, then if you reschedule or in my case THEY had to reschedule me, again it was 6 – 8 weeks out. Their office hours are 9a-​5p and last time I checked, most companies business hours are 8a-​5p, which means you will need to take off work to go to an appointment. I was never told they had any Saturday or after hours availability. If you need a filling or other dental work done, it seems they could get you in within a reasonable time. My thoughts are that your regular cleanings is «guaranteed» income, so they don’t put a focus on making more cleaning time available… afterall, you are going to come in regularly for that anyway. It seems like they do take the dental work (fillings, etc) part more quickly because that is «additional» income. Again, no complaints against the dental work/​services, however the way they manage the appointments was just not convenient at all. I have changed dentists s a result of the limited schedule. I found a new dentist which is open 8a-​5p Mon, Weds and Fri… while they are open 9a-​6p on Tues and Thurs. They also do one Saturday a month. This is much more convenient. They new dentist was also able to get me in for a cleaning within a few days of my initial call to them.

Had a teeth cleaning and fill replacement here. Warm office with such welcoming employees. Suzanne is a sweetheart! Thanks for the great work Dr. Hodson and staff!
