Very Disappointed, he made a «joke «to my 4 year old son, he blew air to his face with a lot of pressure and my son started crying, then he told my son he is not a baby anymore! Come on!!! its already scary for a kid to go to the dentist why make it worst?

I was a patient of Dr. Marvin for 10+ years. My insurance policy changed and the medical biller sent my claims to the wrong address and tried to bill me for it (luckily I have a background in medical billing). When we spoke on the phone she was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me. With that kind of service I would not recommend anyone to their office.

I am deeply disappointed of the service provided by Dr. Marvin’s staff. My cousin took her young children to their office as it was nearby her office, but she passed away this past year, and we were not aware of a scheduled appointment. As I am helping my cousin’s husband with taking kids to medical and dental appointments, I called to make a dental appointment for them and was told I couldn’t as they missed their last appointment. An appointment we were not aware of and asked what numbers they called and they mentioned my deceased cousin’s cell phone and work number. There was no sympathy or exception for major circumstances.
