Expect gas prices to be roughly a dollar more a gallon than can be found in Fairfax, San Anselmo, or San Rafael. They are shameless price gougers. If you need gas and you can’t make it 20 miles to the next station, you’re stuck and they know it. A dishonest business preying on tourists. Stay away.

To be honest, this is the first and only place I have seen to have coin-​bathroom. It is worth trying just to have fun. HAHAHAHA The gas price is much more expensive than others on the south, and the next gas station on north is far away.

I really, really thought I’d need to call the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for a hazmat decon shower after using their restroom. I’m using the word «rest» lightly here — it’s really a distress room. Your bladder can take the beating. Don’t say you’ve not been warned. Handle your business elsewhere.
If they had smell-​a-​vision for a B-​horror movie, it would be one waft of this bathroom. Triple effin’ yuck!

At least this place is here. When you need gas, you need it. Pumping gas was reasonably quick. And, yes, you pay a premium for using a card. Look at it this way: you have an opportunity to get a discount if you pay cash.

Narrow lanes at the gas pumps, higher prices for CC’s, and an I can only hope stoned woman working the register. The look of fear/​disgust/​terror/​pain on the women’s faces that were waiting in line for the bathroom was pretty amazing, as one by one they emerged, holding the baton with attached bathroom key as if it were toxic. Luckily I have the bladder of a camel and didn’t use the bathroom, and those priceless facial expressions made me think that was a good call.

In a town where the food is rich and the people who shop there are even richer, you would think that they’d have a gas station that wasn’t as old as this one. This old, run down, beat down station is one of the only gas stations in town that charges a premium for it’s gas. So if your gas light is on and you’re headed out of Pt. Reyes, be ready to fork over a few extra bucks to fill up to the next town.
Helpful tip! For those that don’t want to pay 25 cents to use their dirty bathroom, just drive and/​or walk to the public park behind Toby’s Feed Farm where there are public rest rooms for male and females.

Pricey but hey if you need gas you need gas. We pulled in and fueled up (lowest grade) at $ 3.65/gallon. Ouch but at least it got us to Hog Island and then back to Yountville and then some. I got to use the bathroom for free since I bought some guess although I did have a laugh or two about the 25 cent fee to use the loo.

My bike has run flawlessly for the last 5000 miles, fill it with super here and it starts cutting out, stalling, sputtering… Probably super OLD gas.
And the lady at the register? Don’t get me started…

This place reminds me of a gas station that you would see in those horror movies where the inbreds run the station — size you up for dinner — then hunt you down and kill you.
Yeah, I watch too many B-​movies — but still…
Sadly, it’s the only gas station around for us to fill up the motorcycles before heading further North.
And…WTF is up with having to pay a quarter to use the bathroom!!! Helpful hint: wait by the doors for someone to get out of the bathroom and save yourself the quarter.

We came here for the precious water bottles only. From what I noticed the lady attendant does not have the best customer service training. I think she failed that course. She was just plain grumpy that day. She grunts-​she does not talk. Again she must’ve failed the verbalization training in school somewhere in Hogwarts School of Aaaghhh!!!

Let me first point out that is may be the only gas station within a 20 mile radius of Tomales Bay so fill up with gas before coming up past Marin County and past Stinson Beach kiddies.
So the family enjoyed a nice meal up the road and around the mountain and apparently, the only gas station on the way back to San Fran was Greenbridge. It’s adorable and has a kayak shop attached but don’t be pulled in by it’s homely country appearance.
The gas company that supplies their gas is not one that’s recognizable or reputable so if you drive a car that only takes Shell, you’re not going to like this station that supplies generic low grade fuel. They had a 89.5 grade gas. WTF? Is it 89 or 90? Pick one!
Driving up and around the Stinson Beach will render your bladder helpless after all that hiking. But be prepared with your quarters because your bladder won’t get any ease without payment first as they have a quarter powered lock on their semi-​public restrooms.
Did I mention how rude the attendant is also? I understand taking money in exchange for low grade fuel isn’t exactly a job that might require deodorant, a hairbrush, a high school diploma perhaps? But is it too much to ask for a smile and to allow us to pay and leave without threatening the patrons? I think I might ask for too much nowadays.
I paid $ 20 for enough gas to get us back to San Francisco and on the way out, the woman says to us, «Make sure you don’t go over $ 20 or I’ll come after you.»
Again, I say WTF??? How is that even suppose to be a joke? Do I look like some thug who’s going to take a precious few dollars from a backwoods hick gas station? Does my perfect elocution or my use of common courtesy words such as «please» and «thank you» bother the staff of this gas station? I’d sooner bike back home than deal with these people again.
