First they gave us a «free» upgrade to a higher internet speed. I already had the 50 mps package, so that really didn’t help me much. Then they changed their policy to where you have a cap on the amount of internet you can use and charge you if you go over. They told my wife that all companies are doing this and they are just now «catching up». I personally think this is nonsense because we called other services and none of them have a cap on usage. This needs to change.
