Purchased a Living Social Gutter Cleaning contract from them in ¹¹⁄₂₀₁₃. Was in the area which they stated they covered. I called to make an apt and was put on the list but was told they only come to my area once in a while. My apt was canceled because of the snow and ice we had last year. They never rescheduled. I contacted them numerous times as well as a few text messages. A few times I actually spoke to someone who told me they would call back. Never got a call.
So much for the flawless experience Andrew B received… My experience was all but flawless. I would not recommend anyone contact this business unless you want a run around.

After Hurricane Sandy took the majority of my shingles off of my roof, I knew I couldn’t hold off replacing it any longer. I was recommended to Lombardo by R.C. Burdick Engineering and the recommendation never fell short! Anthony was so professional and compassionate! He was my second proposal and my last! I hired him on the spot and the job was done to my total satisfaction within two weeks! I would highly recommended Anthony and his company for your home!

Being a business owner and knowledgable facilities manager myself, my experience hiring Lombardo Roofing & Exterior was flawless.
Prior to starting the project I met with the Lombardo sales staff. From the first word mentioned it was clear the gentleman knew the ins & outs of his business, bringing up many points I would have overlooked & additional points many other companies I interviewed did not have the foresight to notice.
During the project, the job foreman kept me informed of what was taking place, where the project was in relation to the deadline and displayed the confidence to tell me when he had to revert back to his superior for guidance. Furthermore, everyone was punctual, clean cut, uniformed and friendly. While these ideas may seem simple enough it truly offered me piece of mind and allowed me to be at ease to focus my efforts on other areas that needed my attention.
After the project the follow up was fantastic. The general manager came out to our site to follow up with me. He asked if I was happy with the project and then personally inspected the work to ensure it was correct and that I would not have any issues or potential problems in the future.
In closing, I would recommend Lombardo Roofing & Exterior to anyone who wants the job done right the first time. I have personally dealt with over 20 contractors in both my business & home improvement projects and I will testify, Lombardo Roofing & Exterior is the most well run, well equipped and knowledgable company I have come across in the construction trade and have utilized them many times since this renovation.
