I don’t eat meat so I ordered a veggie wrap. Holy moly! Damn tasty! I love the warm grilled veggies wrapped with warm wheat wrap with cold cabbages and melting cheese in the middle. It is a little pricy but this is the place I must visit each year I’m here in jersey shore.

Very fresh food. can eat it as leftovers 4 days later and it’s still fresh… didn’t do this intentionally but I was surprised that my turkey sub with mayo and bacon was actually still somewhat fresh. The line moves lightning quick… Food is a little pricey for the quantities but still a good value

Crazy how good these subs are. Great fresh rolls, nice balance of meats and toppings. My favorite is the #13 Original Italian. I wish they would carry more variety of diet sodas — because they don’t skimp on the calories in the sandwiches — but worth it.

Veggie Sub!!! Ive been to four Jmike locations and all are very very clean and the staff is always friendly! I have always had a pleasant experience! They have student specials for kids: sub, chips, drink! Ive even tried competitive sub places and none compare to the freshness, quality, and overall experience that you get at Jersey Mikes! I also applaud their generous community involvement!

I am in the area sometimes, and I’ve taken to stopping off for a chicken parm sub. It’s more expensive than, say, McDonalds, but you get what you pay for. The subs are good, the portions are generous.

We ordered 2 sandwiches — a Big Kahuna cheesesteak and a tuna. Both were delicious. We ordered as take-out — no issues, it was ready as promised.

Came here on the way to the beach and I was very happy with how well our sandwiches held up. The restaurant itself is pretty clean, there is also a few tables outside as well. I ordered the mini Italian and had it Mike’s Way. By the time I had the sandwich on the beach, it was still very tasty and fresh, which was great even with the oil and vinegar that they put on.

This is one of my favorite Jersey Mike’s locations. The menu is simple, but it includes wraps, sandwiches, and subs in a tub. The deli meats and cheese are gluten free so that’s a huge bonus for some one like me. Everything here always tastes fresh and delicious. The employees are friendly and work quickly to keep customers moving through this busy location especially in the summer. Sure, the prices are high, but you expect that when paying for fresh food esp. in NJ.

NEVER had a bad sub here. Cheesesteaks are even good! I love the Big Kahuna chicken cheese steak with jalapeños and mushrooms. Yum! Turkey Club sub, basically everything is super. They are always friendly and make it how you l like it. No eye rolling here.

Always been happy with the food and the service here. Prices seem a little more expensive than Subway but you get a good amount of food for it though. The place is always very clean inside and out. The turkey and provolone sandwich with everything is fantastic!!!

Awesome sandwich/hoggie shop. My personal favorite, like many people, is the Original Itailian — Mike’s way. Also enjoy their Big Kahuna Cheese Steak as well. To top it all off after a great hoggie I can walk across the streat and get some ice cream from Hoffmans. A must have when down at the beach

I’ve had the opportunity to visit Jersey Mike’s in Point Beach several times. Each time I found the staff professional and just plain nice. The subs were out of this world, good quality ingredients and always fresh. I would recommend JMs to all of my friends.

Good, high quality subs. Love it even more that the store is run with extreme efficiency, meaning you won’t get stuck in long lines — even in the summer!

While back home in Jersey, we just had to visit the original Jersey Mike’s sub shop. June and I used to eat here back in the day when we were still in High School(back when ships still had wooden decks and were powered by sail… LOL). The shop is well lit with huge windows for natural lighting, and it’s very clean. The staff was very friendly. I mentioned to them that we used to eat there like forty years ago, and that we now lived in SoCal. There are a couple Jersey Mike’s out by us now(one in San Marcos and one in Vista) and we just had to compare… LOL. I had my favorite, the #2, which is ham, cappocola and provolone. Had to have it Mike’s way which is lettuce, tomato, onion with celery salt and vinegar and oil. It was absolutely wonderful! June had the Tuna, Mike’s way, and it too was awesome. The shops out in SoCal, I am happy to report, are doing it just like Mike would have wanted. Our trip to Jersey Mike’s in Point Pleasant was well worth it. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer, but it’s nice to know that we can cure our homesickness any time just by going to our local shops out there in SoCal…

First of all, their subs are AMAZING! But more importantly… I’ll never be able to convey my debt of gratitude to the owners, family, friends and employees of Jersey Mike’s in Point Pleasant. They came without being asked, at a time where desperate could barely describe the state we were in. They came with what seemed to be a army of people and helped us completely clean out our house. They brought a generator to pump out the crawl space and even left us with Subs before they were on their way to the next household in need. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You have restored my faith in humanity and are an inspiration to myself and i’m sure more, to be better people when others are in need. Needless to say, my intake of Jersey Mike’s subs will greatly increase from here on out!

In all the years this place has existed, I had never gone. Now in the last few months I’ve been to 2 of them. One in Texas and now the«New Original» in Point Pleasant. It is a good version of a classic Jersey sub. When you come here you know the food will be consistent. Again I had the Roast Beef(made in house), but this time ate it right there as opposed to the last time when I took it on the plane with me and didn’t eat it until the next day. This time, no soggy bread. They usually have a choice of white or wheat bread, but this store does not make the bread in house so they only offer white. Not a huge deal. The sandwiches are a bit on the spendy side. Roughly $ 7.50 for a half, but it is a pretty good size and they stuff it pretty well with meat and veggies. All in all not a bad place to stop on your way to the beach.

Ok so I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s…in Texas. But never to one in New Jersey, so why not the go to the one they dub the«New Original» The Original store in Point Pleasant isn’t open anymore so this place is store #1 as far as the franchaise goes. As with all Jersey Mike’s the subs are great, no question about that. This one is slightly different. You can only get white bread, but it’s white bread that is freshly baked right down the street at the original bakery that’s been doing it since the beginning. So that’s pretty cool. And for some reason they didn’t have lemonade in their array of fountain drinks. As for the subs, it’s all the same you expect, and being that I reviewed a Jersey Mike’s before, I will say it again. If you’ve never been, start with the roast beef. They make it in house, although with this peticular store, it might be made locally like the bread as well, not sure on that one. But as always, have a good sub, and enjoy.

I’ve heard a lot about Jersey Mike’s and it’s funny that until this weekend, I hadn’t eaten at a Jersey Mike’s even though I lived in New Jersey for 14 years. On the whole, this restaurant is not bad. It looked clean and there is an outdoor seating area for when the weather is good. Also, the advantage of locating this restaurant just a bit outside the downtown area is they have their own parking lot. Biggest downsides in my mind are they’re charging high prices for sandwiches that aren’t above average. Also, their iced tea is rather weak for something that calls itself«Southern» iced tea.

I’ve been to quite a few Jersey Mike’s but this location, by far, is my favorite. Bread is always fresh and super tasty. There hasn’t been a sandwich I haven’t loved. The staff is SUPER friendly, always engaging in conversation and always attentive to how you want your sub as some customers tend to be picky P.I.A’s. Definitely a go-to in the area.

I am not sure if this is my inner fan boy speaking, but I am the Duke at the Irvine location so when I had a chance to visit the one and only original in Point Pleasant, NJ I leaped at the chance to dine here. The food was as expected with plenty of Mikes way and tons of Jersey Shore attitude I dug in and loved every last bite.
