Tastee Treet

I love Tastee Treat! My favorite things are the shakes and tater tots. I have been going to this place since high school and now that I’ve moved away, it’s one of the first places I go when I’m back in town.

The food is tasteless at Tasty Treat yet there is always a line. Heard a lot about the Space Burger and how good it was and it was a sticky nasty run down joint. The one in Chubbuck serves the same garbage. If you like drive through fast food then you’ll probably be fine. But this isn’t close to the worst In and Out Burger… skip it.

Got the double hamburger. It came out piping hot, which was good, but there wasn’t anything special about it. The meat is definitely not of good quality, but it’s quick and simple. The burger came with pickle, onion, ketchup, mustard.

We love the $ 1 Waffle Cone Wednesday that they have. We thought that the milkshake was a little stingy. The combos we got were decent but nothing special. Overall, it is just your run of the mill local fast food place.

The food was ok, I ordered a plain triple cheese and bacon and came with everything else I didn’t want. And I feel as though the quality to price is off, I will let the I knowledge worker pass seeing as it’s seemed like she was new. All in all it wasn’t the worst place but next time I drop $ 20 for lunch I’ll at a different restaurant

been eating here for about 20 years. have not had a bad meal yet. you cannot leave without having some ice cream.

Really not good. I ordered a sampling of several things on the menu (burger, fish, fries, strange tater tots) and the only thing that was decent enough to eat was the strange tater tots.
Even the service wasn’t terribly great. There were only two of us in line and it took more then 5 minutes for them to talk to the guy in front of me, and after his order the counter person walked away and left me alone for another several minutes.
On the plus side, once I finally got to talk to her she was pretty nice.

Me and my hunee went here for a tasty treat but what we got was nice girls that shouldn’t be cooking. I ordered the fish and chips, piping hot outside frozen in the middle, same as the side of tots. My hunee had a burger that was odd tasting. It was cooked but had an old meat taste. When we complained about the undercooked food and the strange taste of the burger we got…
«Yeah, my manager is really old, and doesn’t know how to throw out things she should. She’s a bit of a tightwad.»
That sealed the deal.
It’s nice when employees tell the customers the truth. But can’t risk going back.

The ice cream come was delicious and that’s all that really matters!
Definitely don’t suggest tater tots, they were so over cooked they just crumbled.

Every time we are near Pocatello we make a stop at the Tastee Treet! It’s the only Hamburger my 5 year old will eat!

Best soft serve cones in town by far! Now for the dark side.
I’m giving them a 2 star rating overall because of an experience we had a few years back. My wife explicitly ordered her hamburger with no mustard on it, and they sent it out with mustard. No problem, mistakes happen. We took it up to the front to get a new one and what happens? They took a burger with a bite out of it into their food processing area, scraped the mustard off, and gave us back the exact same patty and bun again. Um, excuse me? I could have done that myself. Not to mention you took a contaminated product into the back where you prepare other people’s food. I’m pretty sure that violates a health code.
If that’s standard operating procedure, you can absolutely count us out! We’ll come back for cones because you can’t really screw those up. But forget anything that comes out of the food prep area in the back.

I’ve been going here for years. Tater tots, ham and cheese spaceburger, and iron port. Can’t go wrong!

This place is marvelous! The only place with a sandwich/​hamburger called «THE SPACE BURGER»
Love the ice cream and the boston shake. mmm… yummy!
