We got the greatest sirloin burger we had in a long time… they were the best. Regular groceries are a little pricy but makes up for it in convenience. Wasn’t impressed with their homemade turkey pot pies which were on sale… the gravy was a little too soupy for me and not really a lot of turkey. Their quality of fresh meats at the deli/meat counter are the draw at this location.

Best fresh meats on the cape in terms of price and quality. Everything else is a total rip off, though. Five stars b/c the meat is so great.

Pocasset Country Market, which my entire family still calls«Larry’s» since that what it still was, oh, say, a decade ago, is probably the go-to market for simple marketing needs for Pocasset residents. It’s centrally located right by the Post Office, and it carries a full assortment of market-ish goods: milk, cheese and eggs, drinks and sodas, a slightly anemic veggie section, lots of boxed and canned goods, and a nice deli section with steaks and cut-to-order cold cuts. What’s really real, though? Not to be outdone by neighbor Jack In The Beanstalk( ), PCM carries a massive, a gargantuan, a fantastically large starter log. 6×6 lbs. This thing takes the cake. Larry’s: it gets the job done.
