I used to love this place, its gone downhill — fast! The owners are a husband and wife, she is really nice and polite, and he is rude and dismissive, he walks around with a scowl on his face all the time;he did my nails once, and it was the worst gel manicure I have ever had. There is a revolving door for staff there, no one stays very long, which means they can’t deal with him, either. Today was the last straw, I walked in, the wife asked what I needed, I said a gel manicure, she said pick a color. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes, with someone before me, I asked the husband how much longer, he said to come back in 20 minutes! Really? I am a frequent customer, and this is how I am treated? I will do my own nails before I EVER go there again!

Went in for a soak off, shellac polish and pedicure. My nails were ripped off, polished over and stayed sore to the point of me having to go to my usual shop to get a full set put back on, so I could use my hands and my nails could stand a chance of growing back. This place needs dusting and cleaning. They should also do a better job of storing their dirty towels instead of throwing them all over an unoccupied pedicure chair.

I was not impressed. He seemed to rush through my manicure, didn’t even clean up my nails (ther was polish leftover on my fingers), and didn’t use lotion after which is pretty customary.

Upon entering, I felt like I was in a «fancy» nail spot — three chandeliers hang from the ceiling, comfy chairs in case you have to wait, professional looking staff, and a very clean yet calming atmosphere. Tools came right out of a sterile pouch, the technician was super friendly and very gentle (I don’t get manicures often, so I have some wily cuticles). I’m new to the area, so I am super excited that V&N is right around the corner. I will definitely be getting manicures on the regular from now on, this place is that good.

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had for a pedicure. Beautiful newer salon-like 2yrs old I think. 3 beautiful chandeliers hang from various places on the ceiling. Great massage chairs-the foot bowls are pretty and each is a different color. The people are super friendly. The prices are competitive. 2 fish tanks are very relaxing to look at. And the best is the relaxing spa/instrumental music they have playing. I was also told they offer free drinks non alcoholic as well as alcoholic. Go. you won’t be sorry:)

I wouldn’t come here again. I walked in and was helped right away. I was in the area and needed a polish change only. I was asked several times if I wanted to do Shellac. I was also then asked if I wanted to get my eyebrows done. It most definitely seemed like she just wanted me to spend more money there and was being pushy. After she «buffed» my nails I almost left. I would describe more like she touched my nails with a buffer, instead of actually buffing them. Then she wanted to paint my nails right away without filing. I had to stop her and ask her to file my nails. She claimed they were so pretty she didn’t think I wanted them to be filed…
Overall, it was dirty and unprofessional experience. I would never ever go there again nor would I recommend anyone to do so.

Great nail salon…
I’m visiting from Florida and needed a nail salon in Plymouth. I was pleasantly surprised how nice this salon was. Exceptionally clean, all instruments are auto-claved and in their own sterile sealed pouch, the staff was very accomadating to my daughter and I. I would highly reccomend this nail salon.

Great nail salon. Feel like an important client. They definitely go by the «the client is always right» attitude. Very friendly and caring. Have great conversations and they always make my nails look amazing. Also have great prices!

Had my shellac manicure here today and was very pleased. Was surprised to see some of the techs from Happy’s here, apparently they’ve left Happy’s. I really liked the hot wax treatment that was included with my manicure. I’m also told the stone massage is included with the regular pedicure. I would go back.
