Great shop for a kids Bike. The sales girl was very helpful and the guys checked every thing before handing us the bike. We’ll be back for repairs and accessories.

The Trading Post is my go-to place for hockey tape and skate sharpening, as well as soccer socks and other sports necessities. They do a great job on the skate sharpening. When I first started playing hockey a few years back, one of the owners spent a good chunk of time with me helping to get me completely geared up for my first hockey league and was extremely patient and helpful. They have ordered my soccer team’s shirts. They seem to have gear for just about every sport on hand. There are always employees to greet you and help point you in the direction of what you are looking for. As an added bonus, there is a television at the check out so you can watch sports while you are waiting for your skates to be sharpened. We are lucky to have this place in the neighborhood. When you first pull in off Ann Arbor Rd., there are a few parking spots in front of the store, but there is also a big lot behind the store. You can enter the store from either the front or the back.

One of the few places around town to actually try on and order a varsity jacket or sweater. Knowledgable staff helped us order a nice varsity sweater. I will add or subtract stars accordingly if/when it comes in, as ordered.

All things sports in Plymouth, play hockey and you will probably end up here. They sharpen skates and have a good supply of quality equipment. I came here to get things like bikes and rollerblades growing up. A soccer ball in a pinch, no worries. Racket need restringing, no problem. My sister got swimsuits for the swim team here. Always nice, friendly and helpful people. Nice local mom and pop type place.

Sporting goods stores in Plymouth are hard to come by, and the owners of this store know it. A decent selection for hockey, soccer, baseball, and biking equipment and good, but overshadowed by the lack of motivated customer service. I always feel like I am bothering the sales people with a question for help. I had a very bad bike tune-up experience too. They took three times as longer as originally agreed upon, and there was no communication the entire time. They have a lot of supplies, but with the poor service and high prices, you can find a btter place to take your business.
