This «repair center» is not actually a repair center. They do not have any equipment or qualified staff on hand that enables them to repair phones. They can’t open your phone and perform repairs on it. All they will do is try to change the settings on your phone and then tell you to go to a «corporate repair center». But according to sprint ALL repair centers are supposed to be able to perform full repairs if they want to call themselves a repair center. This place is literally a bunch of guys in their early 20’s who have no clue what they’re doing.
