The spinach and fontina ravioli was delicious. The kale and roasted red peppers were cooked perfectly and there were even brussel sprouts underneath it all! I would also suggest having buffalo sauce added to the mac and cheese(i got mine without meat). A very large portion, enough for maybe 3 meals. Can’t wait to have those leftovers! Lastly we had the peanut butter chocolate dessert with a graham cracker crust and fresh strawberries on the side. The ambience is very fancy and classy, but the customers weren’t too dressed up which was relieving as we showed up in jeans and sweatshirts. The service was very pleasant. Our server Abby made sure our meals were good, was very friendly and attentive. Very pleased with our entire time there!

Great restaurant, exactly what I was looking for – a quaint mom & pop type of place with great food and a cosy atmosphere.

Delicious! I got the Bistro salad and the crab & corn chowder. For desert, my mom and I split the chocolate mousse. Everything was so good. I would definitely recommend!

Great Burger, just what the doctor ordered! Cool vibe, excellent music, & a table right next to a nice warm fire in the fireplace. Excellent friendly staff! I’d come back for dinner. The French fries were cooked to perfection. So glad we found it!

Solid five starts. When I was planning to go to Six Burner Bistro, I’ve noticed that there were a few photos on Unilocal so I took several pictures to share with my dear Unilocalers and show how awesome this place is. Our group got two appetizers(mozzarella and fried calamari) which were okay. However, the caesar salad was very fresh, crunch, and tasty. Usually I don’t like the taste of the caesar salad but this one was exceptional. I wish I could learn what they added to the salad. I should point out that the crab and corn chowder was beyond perfection. I saw one of the reviews describing this soup and decided before hand that I will get that soup. I totally agree with the fellow Unilocalers that the soup is extraordinary. Next, the main dish, ribeye steak, was beyond my expectation. Very juicy and tender. Even compared to the top restaurants in Boston, I can confidently say that the ribeye was very well cooked. Unfortunately this place is too far from Boston, but when I plan to go ski in the Loon or Cannon mt area, I will definitely plan to come back.

I like the menu choices both for lunch and for dinner. At lunch, service can be disorganized and slow but friendly and earnest at the same time. Dinner is a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

It is a really mixed bag: very nice atmosphere but meals not that great. Sea weed Salmon wrap was very tasty, but wrapped in cold thick flour tortilla and very little salmon. Clam chowder worth rubber clams… not going back there.

Always five stars. We always be sure to visit anytime we’re adventuring in the white mountains. Crab and corn chowder, amazing. Grilled shrimp sandwhich with asian slaw and jalapeño jam, phenomenal. The beautiful décor and ambiance plus the quality food makes dining here thoroughly enjoyable.

Warm, cozy, country feel, dark and romantic atmosphere and not too loud. The music was a little saxophone heavy and the prices were a little high but he service was excellent and the pork schnitzel was one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

Six burner bistro is one of my favorite establishments in the 603 in the town of Plymouth. It is located in a large house, that feels like you are in your neighbors dining room. The restaurant is divided into several small rooms, that are intimate, dark, and relaxing. It is upscale but still casual… so I guess I just mean upscale for the 603, but you can still wear jeans or come in after skiing. There are great fireplaces, a low-key, beautiful wooden bar, and cozy little seating. If you go during lunch, it is much more causal, and you order at a takeout walk up bar, and its mostly just soup and sandwiches. For dinner, they have an extensive menu, ranging from mac n cheese, fish, burgers, steak, and several types of chicken. When we went most recently, we had a large group. I ordered the mac n cheese, and the serving was literally enough to serve a table of 10. The mac n cheese was very good, a 4⁄5. I also tried the chicken with a cream sauce, and it was also extremely tasty. Overall, I was more than impressed with the menu options, the food, the servings, and the flavors. Even if this wasn’t in the 603, I would still be impressed.

Cozy atmosphere, a working fireplace and very good food. Had the Crab & Corn chowder and a blackened snapper sandwich, both were quite good.

Excellent food. Best fine dining in the region. Lunch is more casual, but just as tasty. Whatever you order for lunch… it’s worth ordering a side of fries.

This place was terrific. It’s a bit of a drive from Newfound Lake(where we were staying for vacation), but totally worth the hike. First of all, Plymouth is straight up ADORABLE(I’m big on cute little towns and this totally fits the bill). 6 Burner was terrific. A lovely wine selection(always important) and beautiful apps(I had the Artichoke Heart Francaise, which was a surprising choice and DELICIOUS). My kids each had the Mac & Cheese – which is MASSIVE and could easily be split between two or even three people – and were suitably blown away. I opted for Steak Frites, which wasn’t the best I’ve had, but I enjoyed it fine(the cut of meat wasn’t great). Dessert was Lavender Crème Brûlée and was DIVINE. The whole atmosphere of the place was comfortable and relaxing and the staff was the bend-over-backward sort, which is always a plus. We’ll definitely head back there next summer!

Great spot in a nice town. Sat on the porch for a summer night dinner. Crab corn chowder was sensational, Nice house wine, reasonably priced. The Burger and Salmon wrap were both excellent. Burger done perfectly, on a nice ciabatta bun, spinach, cheese, tomato and greens with both orders of pomme frites on the side. An order of crème brûlée was also excellent, a tiny bit thinner than we’d like — but perfectly done. Highly recommend this place. the inside seating was also cozy looking and service was top notch, friendly and attentive. Various menu options to choose from, a definite return visit would be in order. Hear the mac n cheese was heavenly.

Great discovery for lunch! Clean, modern, several seating area options, and awesome food! Order at the counter and they serve at a table with comfortable seating. Steak fajita wrap and fries are recommended!

Por mucho el mejor restaurante que hemos probado en la zona… la hora del lunch es bastante informal pero las cenas son deliciosas. un punto negativo es que no hay cambiador para bebes :(

As other Unilocalers noted, you order lunch at the counter, get your own plastic silverware, napkins, water and beverages, and buss your own table. The converted farmhouse is cozy and casual… sure, wait service and real silverware would have been great, but it sure beats any fast food or fast casual chain concept. I love the small town Main Street that this town was… it reminds me of the small New England town where I grew up. I had the crab and corn chowder, and half a chicken Parmesan sandwich… both had great flavor and good sized portions. The chowder was definitely the star of the meal. I was regretting not ordering the mac and cheese, which the table next to me had.

This place was recommended to us by a friend. We were visiting the Rumney area and wanted to go venture out to dinner for an evening. Located near downtown Plymoth it was easy to find. There were a few parking spaces out front, but ample street parking. Six Burner Bistro is located in an 1850’s farmhouse which added to the charm of this place. The staff was friendly from the hostess to our server. She always had a smile and was receptive to our needs throughout our dinner. She let us know they use locally raised beef and shop daily for the freshest produce gathered from farms in the Plymouth area. They even have their fish flown in fresh! WOW — now that’s farm to table, which I love. We stared with the Calamari: with a sweet and spicy Thai sauce, seaweed salad and wasabi/saracha cream. I really was excited about this until it came out and the calamari was covered in the sauce. I had a dipping sauce in mind and the sauce was too sweet and overpowering for my tastebuds. I definitely ask them to put it on the side next time! But our main dishes were great. We opted for the swordfish and steak n mushroom specials. Both were cooked perfectly with beautiful fresh veggies bursting with flavor. I ate every last morsel on my plate! Overall a very pleasant evening indeed. The final bill was over 120.00 for the two of us for food and wine so can’t say it’s an everyday event for us, but great for date night or dinner with friends.

This was a pleasant restaurant with really good food. My date ordered steak frites, and the steak was cooked nicely. The only downside to his meal was that they put the steak right on top of the fries, rather than next to them, and the juice quickly soaked them. By the time he had taken a few bites all of the fries were soggy, and he ended up not eating most of them. However, a small move and the plate would be perfect. I had the scallops, which were served with ravioli and a pesto cream sauce. It was delicious. The scallops were fresh and slightly sweet, and the sauce was heavy but not too heavy. The scallops were also really large– I ended up eating half of my meal and taking the other half. I reheated it for breakfast the next morning, and it was still great. We didn’t try dessert or drinks here, but some of the dessert items looked really tempting, including the key lime pie. I would definitely stop in again.
