We wandered into this place after walking around for a bit. Quick, friendly service. Food smelled amazing, but we didn’t eat there. If, when we come back to Plymouth, we’ll be stopping in again.

Eh, tried this place out because I had a Groupon. People were friendly enough. Place was small. Paper plates which I knew about already from Unilocal but others in my party weren’t thrilled with that. I told them they were being pretentious but when I got my order, I didn’t feel the same way. I got a BLT wrap. All lettuce and one strip of bacon and the lettuce tasted funny. My son asked for no tomatoes and still got some and we got a sliver of a pickle and a handful of chips. Others in my party got beans as a side… in a jello shot cup. I won’t be back but if you only go for a drink and the view, the place is fine. Don’t bother with a meal.

We wandered into this friendly pub after taking in the local historical sites (Plymouth Rock, Mayflower II). The bartender/​owner, Ben, was very friendly. We enjoyed the selection of IPA’s on tap and the food was delicious. It was also the CLEANEST bar I have ever been in. Very impressed and look forward to our next visit.

One of my favorite Summer bars in town. Fun Staff, great drinks, great lite fare (love the chili dogs), Reasonable prices and on the rare occasion that we score the rockers at the window…, Perfection. We love the owners. First place I was ever turned on to «43». Yum.

We were traveling through and stopped in Plymouth to see Plymouth Rock. My sister wanted to try clam chowder in New England and baked beans. After looking at Unilocal,she decided on this pub. The staff was really nice. The food was excellent. The place had a nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely visit them again the next time we’re in Plymouth.

Today my wife and I drove out to Plymouth to confirm that this place was as great as it was when we can across it. It is.

I would like to rate you no stars. There was a bartender a male and girl in the kitchen, we sat at an open table «seat yourself». We waited 15 minutes the girl from the back room came out from the kitchen poured herself 2 shots in separate glasses and downed them herself. There were 7 people in the bar but no service for us. It was today at around 4;45pm I would suggest waitress brown bag it!!! Love to give you a second chance!

We loved this place! The view was awesome, but the rocking chairs/​front row scenic seats weren’t available when we went. We sat at the bar and although it did take a while for the waitress to acknowledge us, she was very nice and we knew she was really busy. I was tempted to try a $ 5 margarita but refrained… I had the lobster slider and cup of clam chowder lunch for $ 10. Perfect little portion size and was very tasty. Although, the clam chowder wasn’t the best I’ve had. Still pretty good though! Overall, this place was fantastic.

Good beer! But the lobster salad on a paper plate is not a good idea… Everything is ss even on paper plates! $ 17 for a salad… The beer is good!

Great find on Unilocal ! We sat in the rocking chairs, ate, drank and good people watching besides the wonderful location !

Hot dogs are good. Mediocre craft beer list. My problem with this establishment is that they recently were very rude to a woman with a service dog .Dog was sitting there behaving when the staff decided to embarrass and throw the woman out .(which is illegal) If you are or know someone who relies on a service dog avoid this place.

Awesome rocking chairs overlooking the water and the Mayflower, great bartenders, good food, cheap drinks.

We had great food and great service! Many different hot dogs, sandwiches and salads. It has a fun atmosphere, nice view and is kid friendly. I highly recommend the Boston dog, it has bacon, onions, deli mustard, and delicious baked beans. And it has great prices too.

Great location for a craft brew and view of the water. Waitstaff was excellent and plenty of great food options.
Recommed to any visitor for a quick drink or relaxing lunch while in Plymouth.
The pub is deffinetly more exciting than the Rock!!!

Great, harbor side pub. Simple and tasty pub menu. Good beer selection and «specialty» cocktails. When it’s nice weather you can sit in their street side, open air seating with nice a view out to the Plymouth harbor. Great place to stop for some suds and grub while making a day of visiting Plymouth Rock.

I really like this place. It’s casual with great beer and food. The menu is mostly different kinds of hot dogs, which were really good!
Get there early to sit near the window in the rocking chair.

Absolutely in love with this place. Awesome for large groups, they’ll rearrange tables and everything. Unlike a lot of places downtown they are super nice about splitting up tabs, saving everyone the headache later on. The rocking chairs looking out to Water St. are to die for. The absolute best part of the Pillory is their prices. They absolutely destroy everywhere else. Haven’t tried much of the food but the stuffed quahog is decent.
Hands down. Awesome atmosphere. Awesome people.

They had a special autumn spice sangria which was amazing!!! I would love to learn how they did it, because I want more!
