Buyer beware. Same thing happened to us. I paid up front for lawn care to capture a discount. He showed up once, and that was only after endless phone calls. Bob pleaded with me and explained that he also works at Lowes during the winter and worked there too far into the spring season. He promised me he would be right over. It was several days but he came and put an application of something down. That was the one and only for the season leaving a mess of a lawn and we were out almost 500 bucks.
I’ve been in the military for 19 years and personally find it embarrassing that Bob weaves his military service into every ad push he puts out. After seeing the only other review on here complaining about the same thing, it’s obvious his military service is not an ethos but a gimmick.
Better Business Bureau and Angies List next.

Bob Brown took $ 720 up front for a full season of tick and mosquito spraying and NEVER delivered us any service. After multiple attempts to get him to spray, he never showed once, despite Bob making many convincing promises to do so. We had to hire someone else (spend more $) to address the huge tick problem we were having. We finally demanded our money back from Bob, and after he claimed to be «having problems» we agreed to allow him to pay us back $ 50/​week… And he has not yet sent one payment back to us, after multiple requests and reminders. We are now forced to take him to court. Clearly this man is not trustworthy with your money as he has stolen ours. Please do not reward him with your business.

I waited until now to write this review. Having the contractor show up on time, be courteous, and ask a reasonable price are all part of good service. But how were the results? Did the results meet your needs?
For Pilgrim Pride, they showed up as promised. the job was far less $$ than we expected. Bob was knowledgeable, respectful and NOT pushy. He worked quickly, safely (they are spraying chemicals 40 ’ in the air…) and most of all– delivered what he promised. We have had NO caterpillar issues, the bugs are far less than usual, including mosquitoes. Almost one month to the day– and we couldn’t be happier. he will return to do more work for us– lawn care, etc…
I highly recommend this company and Bob Brown.
