Overall a bit expensive, they have Hunt’s ketchup, and the entrance is confusing. However the one selling point to their restaurant is their spoons. They are the perfect weight and shape but what makes them unique is the engraving on the back. They look hand crafted and they are honestly the best spoons I ever used for a burger. I wish I ordered the soup!

We stop here often on our way to and from the White mountains. The Nachos are very good, and the food is usually hot, well prepared and great servings after a day of activity.(I have had trouble with the soup being tepid) We have always had good service and friendly staff.

I have been here a few times; even though it is on a college town it is a nice bar and grill — good service waitstaff super friendly and helpful /I asked about a few different dishes and she gave me feedback on them all — they have fresh bread /cheese and crackers out front — I ended up getting an appetizer platter — the pub chips r great(thinner than many places /and for me that makes them better than many places) chicken tenders were very tasty /all in all very good and I will b returning ;-)

My fella and I were staying in a nearby town for a long weekend and stopped in for drinks and a late lunch on a Friday afternoon, and liked it so much we went back on Saturday night. There is a restaurant upstairs but we headed to the full bar downstairs. It’s a great small bar, with fun local décor. There was a pool table(maybe 2?), a popcorn machine and it looks like they occasionally have live bands and karaōke. On Friday we had some appetizers and drinks. They make VERY good drinks! The food was good, but what we loved was how friendly the staff and patrons were. Everyone was great, our drinks were refilled quickly and the bartenders were engaging the entire bar in conversation. It was a great laid back atmosphere. Saturday night was a much different vibe, which is to be expected. It was a very boisterous crowd, including a birthday party which I think was the majority of folks in there that night, but not completely full of college students which was a plus to us. It was a great mix of people… all ages, etc. It obviously took a little longer to get drinks with the bigger crowd on Saturday but the bartenders were on top of things and doing their best to get to everyone. On Saturday night we ordered the steak tips which were great. If we’re ever in the area again we’ll definitely go back.

Have eaten there a few times in the last 4 years. It is a local gem. The burgers are usually our choice. A good solid burger. Especially $ 6 Cheeseburger Tuesday’s. If you want the specialty burgers, you’ll have to order off the menu and pay regular price.

Highly recommend! Great service and fast! We had an early dinner here after a long hike. I had the pulled pork panini, which was excellent with the sauce on the side. Got the curly fries but they were nothing to write home about. My husband got the chimichanga and said it was an 8 out of ten. The cheese is different but that otherwise it was good. Definitely caters a bit to the college town but otherwise a nice place to stop in and eat.

Went here after reading reviews for restaurants near our hotel… After a long hot day at New Hampshire Speedway this was the perfect choice! My husband and I had the prime rib… It was very tasty and cooked perfectly! My son had the kids cheeseburger and loved it! I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for good food and great value!

Fun place, nice waitstaff, good food what else does one need when you are in Plymouth? Visited two times and had a good meal both times. Bar are is a fun little cave at the rear of the restaurant nothing fancy but staff and other patrons were nice. A giant plus is we did not get the«small town stare»! Will return when we get back to the area.

A great little place downtown with a fun atmosphere. We brought the kids and they had the usual kiddie fsre, Hubby and I split an order of the pulled pork nachos. Soooo good, glad we ordered the half portion because it was still pretty big. He got the bourbon steak tips and since it was Mexican Night, I got the smothered burrito special. Affordable, and attentive friendly staff.

We had a great time, food was awesome and the service was second to none. The waitress made a minor mistake that we didn’t even notice and paid no mind to it when she told us. 2 beers on the house and lappreciated there honesty.

Lucky Dog feels like it has absorbed most of the cool and fun in Plymouth, and after food and drink here for dinner, I would be hard-pressed to want to try any other places in town. A large group of us came in on a Friday night for dinner. The earlybirds sat at the bar taking advantage of the large block of cheese at the nearby table with bread and crackers as well as selections from local brews(I was content to stay with Woodstock Summer Ale, others sampled more). Our group was too large to seat together anywhere, but the staff — who are a lot of fun already — worked with us to get seated along consecutive booths. The signs along the wall are a lot of fun, as is the menu, something for everyone. I had to do the bison burger, which was cooked to order perfectly. I opted for coleslaw instead of fries, and I was instantly gratified when I discovered they put horseradish in the coleslaw. Everyone else was equally satisfied with their meal, including the kids in our party. If we lived locally, I could see my group coming here for food and drink on a very regular basis.

The food is passable but overpriced. I have been here three times, and two of those times received pretty awful service– as in, servers who were rude and looked upset at me and my group of friends who were there for showing up, and acted as if we were an inconvenience for being there at 8PM on a Saturday. We all ordered full meals so I’m not sure what the problem was… maybe they don’t like climbers?

My husband and I went to Lucky Dog last night for a dinner. The service was good and our waitress was pleasant. We split the half size chilli nachos and had Tuckerman Pale Ale and Woodstock Inn Brewery ’ s Pigs Ear and they were all very good.

I’m giving this place a 1.5 stars. Food barely gets a 1 star. Service is decent and attentive. Mostly college kids work here and that’s totally fine. Pina Colada was nasty and bland. Don’t even know if they put alcohol or not. Got psycho chicken and chuck e cheese sandwich. Portions were big without flavor. Felt like meat was just boiled to make it soft than grilled. I was just starving that’s why I ate half of the portion. I’m never going here again.

Ordered a chicken finger dinner that had an option of 4 sauces so me being indecisive, I asked for a little of each. 5 sauces arrived with my dinner and our bill showed we were charged for 7 sauces at $ 1 a piece! Now I don’t think I’m cheap but I’m not paying $ 7 for sides of sauces, 1 of which should be included in the meal.(Right?) So we mention it to the waitress/bartender and she says«oh sorry you should’ve only been charged for 5.» 4 options given on the menu. You give me 5 then charge me for 7? And really $ 1 a piece? Oh and my boyfriends baked potato served with his meatball sandwich was probably the most random side option I’ve ever seen. I’ll just stick to beer next time.

Tried the place out yesterday while waiting around for the show @ The Flying Monkey a few doors down. I had the big burrito plate w/chicken & found it to be pretty dry & a little bland for my liking. It’s a nice little place & the staff was very friendly & pretty attentive though. I could probably be talked into trying this place again if I were in town with someone, but more than likely not if I be alone.

Stopped in here on our way to the airport to grab lunch. Friendly staff and food was decent. The place was cute on the insdie. I had the mushroom fajitas. They were fine, but nothing too awesome to write home about. The chips and salsa are a far cry from the type you find in Texas for sure. I’m sure I’d go here again if I lived in this little town.
