We purchased our second spa from Hot Springs Plymouth. Our first spa was purchased elsewhere and the service we received the second time around was superior and far better than the first time. The salesperson we worked with was very helpful, able to answer all of our questions, and was not a «pushy» sales person. The fact that we were able to test the hot tubs before we purchased one was great! We had a couple small issues when our new tub was delivered, but Hot Springs and their great customer service cleared the issues or compensated us as agreed. I would highly recommend Hot Springs Plymouth… check it out for your next hot tub purchase!

If you’re looking for a good spa product backed by great service, Hot Spring Spas of Plymouth has it right. Not only friendly but helpful, I’m treated like a VIP. From their sales staff to service department and right up to general manager, I have had excellent customer experience. Go see for yourself!
