Hertz Rent A Car

My experience here was quick, easy, and friendly. Mike was working the two days in a row that I was at Hertz in Plymouth. He was extremely helpful, and I really appreciated him taking the time to explain my options to me. Thanks, Mike!

Came needing a rental car after someone backed into my car in a restaurant parking lot.
The Canton Hertz didnt’ have any cars available, so my husband called this location and they were able to get me a car with a GPS.
Service was ok. The location in Plymouth is convenient!

Had to make a quick rental on a Friday when my 13 year old car had to go in to get fixed. I called ahead to be sure that there was a car available for the weekend and was told that there were a couple to choose from. Ten minutes later when I walked in I was told that I would have to wait for 20 minutes because they had to go get a car for me (apparently they didn’t have any). Building is very small and there isn’t any parking available except on the side street. I was given a Chevy Sonic to drive and they cleaned and washed the vehicle before handing over the keys. Nice drive for the weekend (now my 13 yo car is looking at being replaced). Not all customer service is created equal, but Louie was very friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and was very polite. I don’t want to have to rent again, but I would think of these guys again if I did.
