We met with Jason Matt and his wife as potential realtors to sell our home. After meeting with them we decided to not use their services and notified them of such via email. They replied with a nice email wishing us luck but them added us to their mailing list providing us with flyers, mailed to our home at least once a month telling us of homes they had sold. We emailed and left voice messages no less than 5 times to be removed from this distribution list to no avail. Finally on April 23^rd, in their voicemail message it said you could leave a text to which I did asking to be removed yet again or I would leave a complaint here. The text was immediately replied to, asking if we text Kroger, or other companies that send flyers. I was stupefied, you came into my home, we decided to not use your service, you then, for over a year ignore our requests to be removed from your list and then you text me back an ignorant reply when I do as per your message and text you my issue. I thought this unprofessionalism should be brought forward and as such I am doing so.
