If I could give this place zero stars I would. I waited an entire month for a service appointment. I took the appointment offered because it was for December 23, and that meant I would have my fireplace operational for Christmas Eve, which was crucial to me. I missed an event that was important so that I could sit at home for the two hour window that the tech was promised to show up in. 30 minutes into that window of time, I received a call from the main office. The tech would not be coming, and apparently he WAS THE ONLY TECH WORKING. Now there is absolutely no possible way for me to have a fire on Christmas because I put my faith in Chimnee Cricket, and they failed. Don’t trust a business that doesn’t hire enough personnel during peak season.
