This location used to be great, but has gone downhill over the last year. I love Broadway Pizza and have been eating it for years at multiple locations. We have been here dozens of times. This location is very inconsistent with its quality and the same can be said for its staff. You can get great waitresses and then some young kid who doesn’t care. I went in for a simple pickup recently and was told 25 minutes — waited in the restaurant 45 minutes and my simple pepperoni pizza still wasn’t finished. It took 50 minutes — double the time. I wasn’t the only one waiting long as well. When I asked, I was told «sorry» and I’ll check. 10 minutes later she finally comes out with the pizza, says «sorry» again and that’s it. No nice apology, no coupon for my extra long wait… nothing. I got home and I was given the wrong pizza too! Cheese, no pepperoni, and it was a medium, not a large. I will go to other Broadway Pizza’s for sure but with think twice about coming back here again.

Recommend you check your take out order before you leave the Plymouth location. Received the wrong pizza from what I ordered Saturday night (restaurant was not busy) and discovered the error when I got home. Called the restaurant immediately but they didn’t seem to care. Must be more common than I would think.

Went there with our baseball team after a tournament. The first thing we noticed is that is was absolutely freezing in there. It was 75 outside, but literally felt like 60 inside. Multiple people went back to their car for a sweatshirt and we told the server a bunch of times. I’ve been in cold restaurants before, but never this cold. Beer selection was nothing special so I ordered a Summit. It was okay, their system probably needs to be cleaned to get a better taste profile. We ordered pizza and boneless wings. The pizza was okay — again nothing special. The wings were horrible, they were small, overcooked and crusty. Told the server when she asked if the meal was good and she said «oh, sorry about that.» Super helpful there. All in all, not anything good to tell about this experience. I hadn’t been to a Broadway for quite a while, looks like it will be quite a while longer until I return.

Came here for lunch since I was hungry and on 494.
Had always been semi-​impressed with the food and service at other locations so I decided to try out the Pymouth one.
The place was dead, so that’s probably why they didn’t have a pizza buffet going. The other 2 men in the place were pull tabbing it away and getting shit canned at 1pm…
The bartender was nice for about 2 seconds getting my drink and taking my order but I had to wait for seemingly forever to get my tab because she was bull shitting with some lady down the bar.
The food was average at best. I had the lunch portion Buffalo Chicken Wrap and a Caesar salad.
I wasn’t aware that Caesar salads had tomatoes but whatever.
The buffalo chicken wrap was canned chicken for sure and the buffalo sauce had not consistancy, it was just hot sauce poured on, with no base ingredient, so when I picked up the wrap it basically drained out the bottom.
Overall I wasn’t impressed. I guess I’ll stick to the other locations.

We went here for our Christmas party at one of my jobs.
The tables were ready for us when we arrived, and soon the beverages followed. The pizza also came out pretty quickly.
Really nothing bad or great about this place.
The pizza was okay. I wouldn’t go out of my way to order it or go to this place, but it was filling and there were a variety of pretty nice toppings.
The servers were attentive (that may have had to do with the fact that there were like 30 of us, so they knew they’d be getting $$).
If I’m ever in Plymouth and hungry, I would go back.

The train was cool.
NOTABLE BONUS: There is a Patrick Swayze reincarnate tending bar, with the Roadhouse movie hairstyle circa 1989 to boot… if you’re into that sorta thing.
Then there was the hostess… trying to persuade us to sit in the bar area so she didn’t have to get huffy and puffy and go clean a table in the dining area– nice greeting you annoying twit.
Our server couldn’t crack a smile and couldn’t say anything when dropping off the drinks, the pizza, or the bill. :|
I left here feeling like the staff was immature and bothered by the patrons.
Therefore, this will be my first and last visit.

A lunch staple for people at my office. It’s always a question of here or Angeno’s. Angeno’s is cheaper and they have some solid home made cookies for dessert. Broadway’s pizza is better and they have dessert pizza… tough choice.
