AWEFUL! And stop making those stupid radio commercials! They own a tobacco shop promoting cancer but preach about giving up trans fats and sugar because of it’s link to heart disease and obesity. I guess throat and lung cancer is okay. #dbags
Had the worst experience the other day here. Will never go here again! Poor customer service and way high prices. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I bought a product from this old man a couple months ago based on the information he’d given me. After some research I discovered his information was WAY off.
I went back to see if I could exchange the product for something that actually suits my needs. I let the cranky old man know he’d sold me a product based on false information and also informed him I did not live in the area and therefore had not been in earlier to get it taken care of.
I was met with a terrible attitude, nasty looks, and a huge lack of the morals and values MOST small business owners have. In no way was I asking for a refund of the $ 100, I just wanted to exchange it, understanding it’d been long and a refund was not likely.
I work in retail and am met with this issue often myself. We might not be able to refund the purchase, but we can always exchange it for something else. ESPECIALLY if the product is still in the box and never used.
Needless to say I’ll never be returning to this place nor will I recommend it to anyone else. If you really need a glass piece and don’t mind dealing with a smelly, ignorant dinosaur with a bad attitude, by all means, pay him a visit. You’d think he’d be familiar with the products he sells and not bullshit his way to getting $ 100.
Get with the program dude.
