My daughter was prescribed a CPM after knee surgery. The machine provided did not function properly. The representative who delivered the machine was always slow to return calls and was unable to fix the machine. In short, my daughter missed about 5 days of therapy, resulting in complications. Customer service from the office is also lacking. I would not recommend this company to anyone with medical needs. If you are preparing to have knee surgery, talk to your doctor about the company providing post op equipment and avoid this one at all costs.
