I just recently updated my computer and found that some of my scanner settings have disappeared. I hesitated but I deciced to call Visioneer’s technical support team. I called and was connected to an amazing technical support person who speaks English and I could understand him very well. I later found out that they don’t outsource their technical support, in fact, they provide both customer service and technical support out of their office in Pleasanton. the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He remoted to my computer and was very patient as he explained and demonstrated the information I needed. He was considerate and I think he is one of the nicest persons I have ever talked with. I was very impressed with his ability and the way he made me feel like I was an important customer. In the future I will always have a good word for visioneer and the employees that you have working for you. I look forward to buying another scanner next time a need comes up.
