Is a rating of ZERO stars even possible? There’s an idea for you Unilocal. Don’t buy anything from these guys. They do indeed have a no refund policy, except he told me to hang onto the receipt in case there was a problem. VERYSNEAKY. I reported it to the Mall and I hope they yank this guy. Having a letter size policy hidden behind all their stuff does NOT constitute disclosure. If I see anyone looking at their stuff, I WILL politely SHOWTHEMTHENOREFUNDPOLICY. Because YOU Mr. J.P. and Mr. S.K.J are not forthright with your policy. And guess what, it’s perfectly legal for me to do this, because you are supposed to be doing it anyway, right??? Actually, I’ll first ask the mall administration if it’s okay to do. Can’t see why not. There IS a lady further down the mall that sells the same stuff, has the same policy, but a whole lot cheaper, nicer and I believe she may actually take things back. That said she doesn’t have to. At least you waste less money. Gravity eventually wins.

Avoid these people at all cost. Their prices are over twice as much as others and they lie to make the sale. My wife bought my son and I over $ 200 in helicopters for Christmas. They told her she could return them within three days after Christmas if we didn’t like them. When she tried, they told her too bad, they have a no return policy. When she complained, they told her she could report them to the Better Business Bureau. Wow what caring customer oriented people. As with others they rang her up away from the cash register so she did not see the sign and told her an outright lie that she could return the helicopters.

I purchased two Helicopters from the kiosk in Dec. One was defective which I returned the same day. They do have a no refund policy but the kid told me that was after 48 hours and no crashes. He was prefessional and replaced the defective copter immediatly. Their pricing is like all mall shops of this type 3X what you can buy for online. The prodeucts they are selling are all middle to low level toy copters but they work well. The S107 they were offering for free with other purchase they claimed was a 50.00 value. It is about a 17 to 20 dollar value. The Volitation 9053(largest copter they sell) is an OK flyer in a Gym or if there is no wind at all. If you fly outside with even snall wind you need to make a lot of modifications. Even if you fly insude this copters blades are notoriously too close together and the flybar will smack the lower bland in flight and drop it like a rock, With the mods, available online at YouTube and take about 1 to 2 hours but make this a pretty good learners copter. Overall I got what I paid for and since I did not do any research, purchased on impulse instead the price was high but not exhorbatant. I have heard of others paying almost 1⁄3 more at kiosks like this elsewhere. The small S107 Heli is actually one of the best small two roter copters out there for home fun. Just the price is was too high,

Buyer Beware! This kiosk has a «final sale» policy that they don’t tell you about. There is a sign near the register, but as with most kiosks, they don’t always take you to the register to pay. They take your card and bring you the receipt to sign, and you never are made aware of the no refund policy. It is my opinion that if a store has an absolute«no refund» policy, they probably realize they are selling you a hunk of crap and don’t want to deal with losing revenue. While I was there disputing the policy with the guy, another family came back with 2 helicopters they bought which also didn’t work properly. Lesson learned to me, always ask what the policy is, don’t assume they will be ethical and tell you. That’s not to mention the fact that the seller was condescending, rude, and threatened to call mall security on me for arguing his policy. In front of my kids. Nice. Real nice. You know, with the two weeks off we have, I might spend my time handing out fliers about their business practices. Maybe if they lose enough money, refunding my $ 135 would seem like a better idea.
