The Mold Warriors

OK so first I’ll say that it’s rare that I write a review for service from a contractor, etc… Patrick and Todd were awesome. Very professional, very consultative, on time, and basically exceeded all of our expectations. Most of all we are thrilled that the effects of removing the mold was huge for our children and their allergies are now gone.
Keep up the good work boys!

Patrick was great! I called the Mold Warriors to take a look at my Dad’s house because we know he had some mold issues there. Patrick was extremely helpful and very friendly. He was very thorough and detail oriented. He explained everything to me as he was doing the inspection which helped me to understand the severity of the situation and also explained to me exactly what he would do to repair the mold. I felt much more at ease after speaking with Patrick because I know that he will be able to take care of the mold in the house.

It is a rare gem to find a company committed to ensuring the job gets done correctly and with attention to details. I wish I could say it’s the second that’s hard to find, but I actually think both are hard to find when it comes to home construction /​handy work of any sort! Mold Warriors has both.
We had, what seemed like a pretty simply issue. They came out and did a thorough assessment. When they came back to do the work, I was blown away.
* They helped actually fix where the water issue was coming from, at no additional charge
* They not only crawled under the entire house «just to be sure», but also pulled out debris
* Patrick was super super good about ensuring I had a strong grasp of all the moving parts, and thoroughly went over what was needed beyond just his work
* They were sweet to my very-​much-​not-​sweet cat (that’s a perk, to me)
* They were tidy, cleaned up after their work, THOROUGH, and courteous beyond measure.
* Warrior is an appropriate name: they were on a mission to eradicate any to be found!
My only wish: that I could find other house work support as fabulous as Mold Warriors. Trusting a contractor, plumber, handy-​person, etc is NOT easy to do in California. In fact, I had given up hope — and now there’s is a glimmer shining, that reminds me there are professionals out there that truly «know their shit», have strong work ethics, and are genuinely seeking to help others.
I don’t wish for more mold, but I do hope to be able to recommend their services any chance I get!

Several years ago following mold work under my house, I had a contractor replace a beam also under the house. The contractor noticed loose insulation. When I called Patrick about it, he stressed that he would not have left loose insulation. He offered to look at it, and clear it if necessary.
While I don’t know about how the loose insulation got there, Patrick came and was also puzzled. It didn’t matter. Patrick took care of it at no cost.

The Mold Warriors helped us clean up the water damage caused by our dishwasher leaking onto the wood flooring beneath it. They were quick, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

I called mold warriors in the middle of October because I spotted mold in my bathroom. I’m so happy to have found Patrick! Not only did he come out the day I called to give me a free estimate, his pricing was very competitive with what I had been quoted earlier. The first company I called gave me an estimate of close to $ 15k…Patrick came out and did it for $ 6k! I was thrilled. He was fast and efficient. Mold is not something you should put off. If you think you have a problem I highly suggest calling Patrick at the Mold Warriors.

Patrick is great. We used Mold Warriors as part of the home inspection process on a recent house purchase. He identified mold not previously detected in one of the bedrooms by using a device that detects mold without needing to rip out the dry wall. We were able to use this information in negotiating the final purchase price.
More importantly, this is our daughter’s room and knowing the adverse effect mold has on people, let alone the effect it would have had with our child makes me incredibly appreciative in finding this problem.
On top of it all, his pricing was competitive and we decided to use his services having liked his level of expertise. I couldn’t have been happier with his service level. He is dedicated to his craft and as a family man himself, it’s obvious in speaking with him that he genuinely feels proud of being able to clean and rid of mold that makes his client’s homes safer.

I found some mold when replacing my floor, Patrick came and checked it out for me. Not only did he give great advice but he charged me less money then we had discussed. I hope to never need his services again, but if I find more mold I know who I will be calling!

Patrick is awesome.
This winter we noticed condensation on our windows, a. lot. of. condensation.
Then little patches of mold started to grow on the bottoms of the windows. No matter how much we cleaned, our thirty year old windows couldn’t keep out the moisture.
I called Patrick and he immediately suggested a free inspection. He came out and confirmed the mold was growing from the old crappy windows condensation. While he could’ve sold us a big mold clean up package, he was HONEST and said the problem will continue to exist until our landlord updates and replaces our old windows.
