I was very dissatisfied. Theirs always something wrong at this place. This time, they decided to close the store early due to computer malfunction.

I’ve never been to a slower taco bell in my life. Every time I come here it takes forever and the manager doesn’t even know how to properly roll up a burrito. It’s ridiculous. I understand it’s taco bell. But it’s also FAST food. Get it together.

I usually have the chicken gordita from Taco Bell and in restaurants in Florida and California I consistently received the same type of tasty normal gordita which is not spicy or crunchy, just soft. But here I ordered the same as always and received an unusual gordita with a hard crunchy taco inside, there was some orange sauce that was super spicy so I could not have a bite without feeling my mouth burning instead of flavour. Also, I checked the receipt and there was an extra charge of $ 1.20 for having chicken instead of beef in the gordita, I am fairly sure I was never charged this all the other times I had chicken gorditas. I was never given an explanation that there would be a fee for choosing chicken instead of beef in a gordita. Also, the counter was left unattended a lot of the time, there were hardly any other people eating there but still the cash registers should not be left unmanned. The toilet seemed really old and didn’t look clean enough. There wasn’t any paper in the toilet roll holder.

I went in here expecting both tacos AND bells. Imagine my surprise when they had almost NOBELLS! Just the one on the sign and it doesn’t even ring!!! Nachos are tasty, though.

Extremely horrible wait times!!! Have come to this Taco Bell a few times and have had to wait 20 plus minutes to get my food. What a waste of time, poorly trained staff… fast food?!? YEARIGHT… don’t come here if you don’t want to wait all day.

You know what you’re getting with Taco Bell but I have to say I never experienced such great customer service at a fast food place before. Three employees there were especially polite and friendly. It made my day!

20 minute wait after ordering before asking for a refund. Had 13 orders ahead of me when I ordered. They claim short staff, but had 2 people making food, one person expediting and one cashiering, so absolutely no reason to be that far behind. Cashier was also rude when I asked for a refund, and waited about five minutes to get the managers keys to do my refund which means there was a fifth employee sitting in the back when they should have been helping the staff catch up.

Ghetto taco bell. Just witnessed two employee fights. 4 mins apart. Extremely disappointed! Avoid! Go to stoneridge mall instead!

The food here was pretty good, and based on that criteria alone, it would have received a 4-star rating. However, I was appalled by the customer service at this location. We waited for 10 minutes in line with only two people in front of us who didn’t even have long orders. They might have been short staffed because the cashier was not paying very much attention to the customers that were ordering because she was also helping fill out orders. The first thing I noticed as I walked into the location was that there was not soda fountain outside of the register/kitchen area. This is the only location in Pleasanton that I have seen that does that. I’m not exactly sure if that means that refills are free if you can just ask for another or there’s a refill charge. Based on an incident I witnessed, I’d say the latter. The incident that really bothered me was as follows: An older women ordered an cold coffee with no ice(I’m guessing a size medium). When her order came out, the cup was only ¾ filled, with quite a bit of space left at the top. She asked why the cup wasn’t full. The lady that filled the order(same as the cashier mentioned above) asked if she had ordered it without ice. The older lady said yes, to which the cashier replied that the empty space would have been normally filled with the ice and refused to top of the lady’s drink. Now, I don’t know if that was just store policy or initiative on the cashier’s part, but I thought that was extremely poor customer service. Furthermore, in my interaction with the cashier, I felt very uncomfortable(probably because of what I had just seen) and felt like she was rushing me even though there was no one behind me. It was almost like she was annoyed with me for checking with my boyfriend if we wanted to dine-in or take out. I get that people have their bad days and it might have been one of her’s, but I feel it’s unprofessional to bring it to work. The layout, the vibe, and the service have made me so uncomfortable, in fact, that I wont be returning to this location and will drive to the other one in town instead.

All Taco Bell’s have the same food, but this location stands apart because of the service. All the staff here at excellent service which just blew me away! The greet you as you come in and greet you as you leave. Shout out to Elizabeth G., she was great! She was cheerful, polite, and super enthusiastic in her work. This location seemed a little on the older side but this Taco Bell is well maintained. Their restaurant, tables, and chairs were fairly clean. Food came out fast despite of how surprisingly busy a Wednesday afternoon was. Got my usual crunchy tacos~ they came out nice and hot. I love how they have heir hot sauces out too, since I eat like 3 packs per taco, I would hate to ask for 10 packs just for one order if they didn’t have it out. Best Taco Bell location I’ve been to!(^.^)v

Mobile order. Horrible service. I placed an order and somehow it was sent to a different taco bell. They told me there was absolutely nothing they could do for me soi drove half way across town to fo pick it up and the other taco bell told me the previous store could of just remade it for me. I also told the first store it would be ok to refund my purchase and I would buy it on spot. Sadly there was no customers and they were too busy not wanting to help me to even do that for me.

Update March 2015 A lot of turnover here, most of the people who work here changed since I reviewed 2 years ago, after our experience eating here I’d say the employees are even better. They were friendly and funny, sister & mom really liked the price and taste of the BLT crunchwrap. Had a sriracha quesarito with grilled chicken, it was pretty good and they didn’t put sour cream on(per request). It is always nice when you ask them to hold something and it actually happens, no nasty white sauce woohoo!

Taco Bell taught me to always check the pricing of any items featured on their windows. in this store’s instance, it was cinnabon coffee. couldn’t find it so ordered something else. sticker shock is always involved. drink: «sobe» yumberry pomegrante drink. HH(1) everyday 2 – 5. –O caloreis, sweet & tasty, sucralose no doubt. –artificial flavors tasted nice drips: –place fully staffed, 2 cashiers, 2 order makers, 1 distributor –placed order within a minute, got my order within minutes. 4 stars for efficiency.

This Taco Bell is incredibly under-staffed. I went at lunch time and I’ve been waiting for my food for 30 minutes. The dining area itself is decently clean. The sauce buckets are empty, however, and one garbage can is overflowing. The food is sinfully good, so of course I’ll be back. I just hope they hire more people!

Don’t go here. I will post a picture of the hair I found in my food. Also, the guy that took my order ended up yelling at other staff members behind the counter to «stay out of it»(not exactly sure about what… but it was a frightening experience nonetheless). A woman accused him of coming out of the women’s restroom(he may of been cleaning it?) and not washing his hands(how did she know?). Anyway, it was a bizarre experience. The hair in my food was the icing on the cake and it was too late to take it back and get a refund because I was already at my destination. No, it was not my own hair. Run away.

I got talked into going to Taco Bell by JE. He went on and on about this new Doritos Taco so I was curious to try it. I had to study the combos a bit to find the right one I wanted. There was just too much food. I had to substitute out one but I got my 2 item combo — 1 Doritos Tacos Locos and 1 Nacho Supreme with a drink($ 5.49 — after tax or somewhere close to that). So the Doritos Tacos. Overall pretty good. It actually didn’t have an extreme Doritos flavor like in the chips. It’s just a seasoned taco shell, though a novel idea. Thought it was a pretty good gimmick. Got me to try one. The Nachos Supreme just feeds my obsession with nachos. Pretty basic stuff with the mysterious cheese goo that’s pretty darn incomparable. Glad I tried it, would eat it again if I were on a road trip.
