Steve Gutierrez – Intero Real Estate Services

I should probably start off by saying that I am not any easy person work with. having said that, not only did Steve take his time with me, talk me through the whole buying process, but when it came time to actually go house hunting, that’s when I knew that Steve is truly the best at what he does.
We talked about my price budget, what I wanted in a house, what I wanted in my community, and he delivered. We saw multiple houses and he always showed up on time, or early, worked with me on answering all my questions and when we finally landed on the perfect home for me, he took care of the paperwork with great efficiency, made it all clear to me, worked with my lender, and really I feel like there was never a time where I was unsure of what I was doing or what to expect because Steve was always there, keeping me in the loop.
On top of being great at what he does, he’s also VERY personable, he seems to take a real interest in his clients and you can just tell that he’s a good guy. For me, that goes a long way.
All in all I am very happy that I picked Steve, and will recommend his services to any and all of my family and friends.
