One of my favorite Starbucks! Love coming to this location. The service is excellent and the baristas are amazing and efficient with my order. They make my drinks perfect every time. I usually don’t wait no more than a few minutes to get my drink. Everything is super clean and the people are really friendly. It’s a nice quit and mellow place to hang out or study.

I literally watched two baristas argue over who was«responsible» for my drink. One of them had apparently started the drink and walked away, leaving the other barista on the other machine with the drink she was already making. She made the 6 drinks that were ordered after mine, leaving my drink to sit there with the shots just sitting in the cup, because she felt it wasn’t her order to make. I understand that different drinks can be made more quickly, and drinks don’t always come out in the order that they were placed. But to basically refuse to make a drink because you think your coworker is responsible for that one drink specifically(even tho he wasn’t on bar at the time) is just stupid. And then to argue about it in front of a room full of customers is just pathetic.

I am NOT happy with the service me and my friend experienced from one of the baristas at this store. I didn’t catch her name, but we came in today 6÷15÷15 and the transaction was at 2:03pm for $ 8.50. She was so rude. My friend handed her a sticky note with the orders written on them and with an attitude, she was like«Um what is that?» and he told her he had coworkers orders written down and didn’t know what they meant so he was handing them to her. And she was so rude and was like«Ugh. Okay» and wrote it down and was so short with him and RUDE! Not what a customer wants to experience. I hope she gets written up big time.

What an absolutely terrible Starbucks store. The service in the store is so subpar that it makes me never want to give any business to Starbucks ever again. Team at the store not only makes you feel like they are inconveniencing you by ordering coffee, but the terrible service I experienced today really put the icing on the cake. When I walked into the store and was assisted by a less than helpful employee, I tried to lighten the situation by saying to her, «having a bad day?»… Her response was plain and simple: «I’m just busy and have a lot to do». Clearly she forgot who her customer was.

This is my local, walkable Starbucks. It’s right next to Noah’s Bagels, so I normally hit the bagel shop first and then Starbucks to get my hot coffee. It’s also in the same plaza as Safeway(edit: thanks for the correction), so there’s plenty of parking. This place is really popular and the staff knows how to move the line, so don’t worry too much if you see a long line. What’s nice about this Starbucks is that they have a 3 stool bar at the business end of their back area where you can sit and enjoy your coffee and enjoy the show or sit for a little bit while your order is being made. One recommendation I have is to park in the bigger Ralph’s parking lot. The reason for this is that i’ve seen on two occasions where people who let’s say could care less about others, back up and/or zoom by the smaller, tighter parking lot that borders the Starbucks, the pet store, and the Noah’s right on the corner. It seems much worse on Saturdays when there’s a lot of sports activities going on at the park just down the street. Slow down soccer moms and dads!

Staff are not friendly. They usually have such a bad attitude. At times I try to cheer them up. In general though Pleasanton is called 4th best city to live in, their Starbucks doesn’t have a good customer service.

One of my favorite Starbucks spot! I come here right when they open to study and wait until I have to head to work. FRIENDLY employees. They are pretty quick and organized. Safeway is literally near the corner so if you need to do some grocery shopping it’s right there! During afternoon it does get pretty busy since it’s right near a high school. Other than that, the food and drinks are great :)

Being the only Starbucks around my school that is barely within walking distance, this joint is just, well, average. Once in a while you got a nice barista, an impatient barista, and if you’re lucky to hit them up, a sassy one.(You know who you are.) What draws me back the most is the absurdity of its location. This Starbucks occupies its own stand in this Safeway strip mall, which basically includes another Starbucks inside. Strange enough, throughout Pleasanton, the density of Starbucks is suspiciously low. Even with that in mind, line often goes beyond their door, leaving the entire store freezing during brutal winter because the door must be kept open. Seating arrangements aren’t ideal — I never stayed and probably never will, because nothing actually makes this spot particularly stand out or attractive. Take me do Dublin Hacienda Cross over this any given day.

An okay store but one great shift leader! The drinks are usually made great but the wait can take awhile.

I usually get the caramel machiatto or pumpkin spiced latte. They are both very good from this Starbucks and usually never wait more than 5 min.

I’m usually pretty satisfied with this Starbucks, but not today. Baristas were rude, and when the cashier made a mistake on what I ordered, and I asked the barista to kindly make the drink I actually wanted, they acted like it was life altering. I understand you’re busy, but customer service and the quality of your product should not decrease. If you can’t be nice to your customers maybe you shouldn’t work in a coffee shop. Probably won’t be returning to this location in awhile.

This is a pretty good looking Starbucks that is in the Safeway & Hallmark shopping center. The baristas are all very friendly and they all seem to love their job. My frappuccino was made very quickly and the barista gave me a smile when she yelled out my name. That is excellent service. The only drawback is that there is only one large table that has a power socket on the floor. And there is a young Asian girl hogging it. She has taken up the entire table. No one is willing to sit near her. Can’t blame anyone. How rude, Miss!

Just your ordinary Starbucks, but not as popular and crowded as the one at Hacienda Crossings in Dublin. The workers here are not as cheerful and efficient either. They make the drinks right though.

Was in the area at a hotel, on a little spur of the moment vacation when I got a call from a business contact for a possible meet. After initially suggesting Peetes, we decided on a Starbucks closer to the area. Didn’t have any coffee, or buy anything for that matter, but I will say it was pretty peaceful and nice outside. Handicapped and standard tables outside, decent traffic, pretty mellow. Definitely didn’t have the usual Starbucks ambiance to it. Which. Shoot me if you want, but I liked it. At the very least we made the place look a little busier happily conversing outside in front. Best of my knowledge Starbucks isn’t charging rent for having your toosh in their seats yet. Good Day

This is a cute little Starbucks located in the center on the Southwest corner of Santa Rita Road and Valley Ave. Starbucks, and I’ve been in quite a few, tend to be decorated nicely, but this one just struck me as super cute. The lighting was a little lower, but other than that I can’t quantify the appeal of the atmosphere; I just felt very comfortable and at home there. The barristas were friendly and they quickly made my venti skinny hazelnut latte to perfection. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to stay and hang out because I had places to be and things to get done. I hate having to live life on a schedule that doesn’t allow me to just stop and enjoy smelling the coffee when the mood strikes me. There was plenty of seating inside plus several more tables outside if you like to enjoy the Bay Area’s mild summertime weather as I do. Starbucks carries a nice variety of baked goods, sandwiches, salads, and lunch boxes to go with your coffee, tea, water or juice. Yeah, I’m sure I’ll be back. Sooner or later. They’ve got free wifi and I’m pretty sure I’ve earned enough stars on their rewards card to get myself another free drink pretty soon. Maybe next time I’ll try something off the secret menu. Shhhh… it’s a secret. I could tell you what’s on the secret menu, but then I’d have to kill you. Let’s be honest, if you’re computer literate enough to know how to use Unilocal, you’re probably already googling it now.

Pretty efficient and good Starbucks. Well, the time I went… I read other reviews and tips. Eeek! Anyhow, ordered a grande quad shot 2 pump vanilla light caramel upside down caramel macchiato and a tall green tea soy latte with no sweetener. Yeah, I know what you’re thinking. You’re one of those, not even! I do work at Starbucks, but my critique isn’t biased or harsh. I got my free drink from my rewards card and paid $ 2.06 for my green tea latte drink with my partner discount. Girl on register was polite and nice. Girl who made my drink was experienced. I could tell because my drink came out perfect and just the way I ordered it.
