Luv the Doctor, hate his office. Ever since he joined Stanford things have gotten bad. You wait in his waiting room for 20 – 30 minutes, then you wait in the exam room for another 20 – 30 minutes. Writing this right now when waiting. Terrible.

Great bed side manners takes the time to explain everything

Dr. Ng has been treating me for several years. He is very comprehensive and easy to talk with. I appreciate the quality of care.

Having just moved into Livermore I need to see a cardiologist to continue monitoring some health issues. Dr. Ng was recommended to me thru a cardio rehab professional. Staff was super nice on the telephone arranging for appointment and that continued in the office. On appointment morning they called me to tell me the Dr. was running late due to a hospital procedure and asked if I wouldn’t mind arriving 30 – 60 minutes later. Who does that? Dr. Ng seeing me for the first time was thorough, very knowledgable and explained things to me in terms that were easily understood and I even learned some things new about my condition. I didn’t feel I was holding him up for anything else as he have me all the time that was needed. He has ordered a catch up test for me and we will see each other again in a few weeks. Excellent experience!
