I was getting frustrated with my laptop when it would continuously restart by itself. I thought i must’ve installed something bad. Anyway, long story short, i didn’t have a working computer. Through a friend’s recommendation, i brought my computer to quickit, and Diane found out my hard drive was done-zo. She found me the cheapest replacement hard drive available at the shortest time possible (i misssed my laptop so much already!) She didn’t jack up the price for the replacement and the re-installation of my OS.
I really made it hard for her since my laptop didnt come with any discs should the laptop crap out on me. But she was able to setup everything back to normal.
I just recently brought my dads laptop to them for a quick tune-up. really, really awesome job!

I couldn’t be happier and more impressed with the work that Diane did for me. I am not a computer aficianado at all and needed help in obtaining files from my computer that I couldn’t get to work.
