I have used Pleasanton Carpet Cleaning for several years and am always pleased with the work. Love that they are local and it’s easy to get an appointment with my crazy schedule. I have used Spotless and they charged more for an inferior job. Pleasanton Carpet is thorough and works extra hard to clean pet spots. Plus he will come back if you are not satisfied with an area after it dries(never had to take him up on it). Thanks for getting the pet stains and ink out(darn dog)!

My experience with this company happened several months ago but better late than never to save somebody else from a horrific experience! A friend had recommended this company, and after being given an over the phone quote I decided just to go ahead with them. They weren’t the cheapest but they came recommended and that meant more to me than price. They quoted me on a 3 bedroom 1,000 square foot house. They arrived on time and I left them to do the job while I drove my son to school. I was back within 15 minutes and they had already left. At first glance everything looked good but I started to realize that they had not moved ANY of our small furniture, e. g toy boxes. They had not bothered to clean under the couches and had totally skipped the third bedroom! I called them back to talk about getting the third bedroom done and Frank, the owner told me it was my fault that they had missed it!(even though their quote was for 3 bedrooms!) I asked that they come back to finish the Job within the next 2 days as we were having a function and I had already paid them. Frank told me that there was no way he could come back. I pleaded with him explaining that I had already paid him for the 3 bedrooms and needed it done in time for function. He started to get very angry and abusive, telling me that it was my fault that they skipped the third bedroom abd that there was no way that he would ever set foot in my house again, and then he demanded to talk to my husband! I was so shaken and upset by this point that I put my husband on and they were able to work out an agreement. Frank would reimburse us a portion of the money we paid him so that we could try to get somebody else out to do the 1 bedroom. He would leave it in the mail box the next day. Ha! Never happened! My husband called him to find out where the money was and Frank replied that he had talked it over with his wife and son and that there was no way that we were getting any money from him. We thought it over and thought about taking him to court but it just wasn’t worth our time and effort. Think twice and save yourself from the trouble of using this completely unprofessional Company!
