Number One Nails

Very nice relaxing & long leg/​foot massage. Pedicure looks very nice. Relaxing environment. Price is comparable to other salons in town. Originally gave a higher rating bur after 2 days the Polish is wearing off already. I suspect it’s because she only put 1 coat of polish on.

I didn’t ask the name of the woman who did my gel mani and pedicure; shame on me. Nonetheless, she did an excellent job on my nails. The gel wasn’t too thin nor too thick. The pedicure was just okay, however. I will go again.

Solid, decent mani/​pedi. I had an hour to kill between appointments and tried this place out. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. FASTEST mani/​pedi ever! They had me in and out in less than an hour, which I didn’t think was possible, and that was for a gel mani, regular pedi with nail art, AND they even threw in a little lotion massage. The place looked clean, and the massage chair for the pedicures was VERY good! They were very gentle with my cuticles, without me even asking, and there were absolutely no errors in the polish. The salon could use a little bit more décor to make it more spa-​like, but it was very professional. Rates were competitive — mani and pedi were about $ 50 total. As an added bonus, you are between two different music stores, so if you are lucky you get basically a live musical performance!

Okay so i used to be a HUGE fan of this place. The ladies were always super nice and my nails were always perfect until recently.
Me and my coworker went in for our usual fill during our lunch break (they know we always go during lunch and that we only have an hour) so of course we pick our colors and then i sit down. About 15 mins into it this girl walks in and says she wants her nails done as well as a pedicure so after another 5 mins i ask when someone will help my coworker and the lady doing my nails then tells me that she will do them after she’s done with me. although there was another lady who could have taken her but instead she chose to help the girl that walked in after us.
It’s just rude that they couldnt have said they could only take one of us and not to mention she was rushing to finish my nails so fast that they looked NOTHING like the picture i posted awhile back. some where more square then the other just HORRIBLE.
Customer service is my number one thing and they failed majorily. So i found a new place about 5 miles away called stoneridge nails and so far i love them!

Started coming here because my mother came got my nails done by Cindy I love the way they look when I walk out… Will not consider anyone else just her… This place is great clean and quite I can just relax damn near fall asleep lol… If your looking for a new nail salon this is the place to go… Ask for Cindy…

I don’t know why this nail place is considered $$$ but i have always been getting my shellack nails done for 40 $ or less. Hannah is always great accomodating my needs and my problem with bad bad cuticles.

I was totally surprised by the comments from happy g. Hannah has been doing pedicures for me for years and doing a great job. Note: that Hannah can do GREAT decorations on your toes too. Sorry to hear that happy g. had a bad experience. I have been doing to this place for 7 years and everyone is welcoming and friendly. They always fit me in. Tina has been doing my fill the whole time. She does an amazing job. They rarely chip and break. and i’m rough on my nails. They grow out really really well. My husband also gets pedicures there and love them.

Love this place, I have been coming here for many years ! I get lots of complements on my nails!

Came after reading the review about Cindy in the Unilocal post. I figure if Cindy is good then the other girls must be ok. Oh how wrong was I.
The person who helped me was Hannah. When I was getting up on the chair, she told me to put my feet on the basin. I just assume that she has tested the water and oh boy the moment my feet was in the water, I Unilocaled out in pain. Looking down, I could see steams coming out from the water! Hannah apologized that they had been having plumbing issue and after the repairman fixed it, the water is now even hotter ! Well don’t you think that should make her check the water before asking me to put my feet in? oh well lesson learn from now on I would be looking down in any salons prior to putting my feet in the water.
While cleaning my nails, Hannah constantly hit my flesh with the device or dig too deep and I had to remind her to be more gentle. After she put on the nail polish and me went to the dryer, I notice that on one of my nails, one side only had one coat and the other has more layers. I asked if she could even it out and she said ok and just go ahead and painted ON THE WRONG SIDE ! even after I have pointed it out to her, she kept on saying where where? I ended up having to put my finger next to it.
When I was ready to leave and pay, she did not even bother to come out and told her coworker that she is having lunch and did not want to be disturbed ???
One last thing when I went home and had a better look at my nails, the whole underside my nails were filled with nail polish ! Instead of just brushing the tip of the nails with the nail color, she had dipped the whole underside with nail color !
Maybe the next time I go I should have made appointment with Cindy instead.

LOVE this place!!! I am shocked that I’m the first review! I’ve been going here for almost 8 years. My primary nail artist is Cindy. She’s absolutely the sweetest person, and will not let you leave until you are completely happy with your fill, nail shape, filing, paint, etc. She has NEVER, EVER messed up my nails since day one. Tina is the owner and is just as amazing. I have been to Tina once when Cindy was on vacation. The atmosphere is very soothing, and modern. You have a super giant variety of gossip and health magazines to read, which I LOVE! They do pink and white fills like no other shop. I can put that on everything! The BOMB!
