Beautiful park!
There’s a path you can take where it gets pretty woodsy and quite beautiful! The view is extraordinary especially from the top of the hill. My friend and I kind of went off path and it became kind of a difficult little hike! (Lots of perspiration lol), but it was really fun. :-)
A nice little residential park in the front, but once you make it up the path and into the hills it becomes quite the work out. I love coming here when I’m nearby because it seems a lot better than the ones we have out in Livermore.

A small, relaxing, calm, and clean park… With a lot of nice trees and squirrels! Situated between residential homes and Foothill Rd, it’s the park that you drive past and don’t know how to get to. But once you turn that corner onto Pleasant Hill Rd, you’ll notice it. It looks like a typical small park at first, but if you walk past the a kids playground and cross the bridge …I’ve got to say it, «the grass is greener on the other side.»
There’s about four tables in which people usually come to relax and eat their lunch, or just read a book. Next to them are grilling pits as well, and a few trash cans. There also about 3 benches along the pathway. It’s a nice little lap, possibly a quarter mile around. Another cool feature is Gold Creek Dedication to Miners of the 1800s, and short steps leading to the active creek.
I’ve seen schools hold little physical events for kids, as well as the locals just walking their dog. All in all, I do love to come here to just relax.
