Mark Wharton is hands down the best in the business. If you want to obtain financing for a new home purchase or refinance, then you need to call Mark. What makes Mark exceptional is his attention to detail, work ethic, and follow through. He is accessible and very responsive. He always makes sure to work out as many details of the loan up front so that there are no surprises down the line. He sets the proper expectations and delivers on what he says he will.
